Colossians 1:16-17 New Living Translation​

16 He made the things we can see
and the things we can’t see—

ONLY God is the Creator. You just proved Jesus is the Creator.

Ever read these verses in context? 3 We always pray for you, and we give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Who is God in this verse? ​

God here is the God and Father of Jesus.​

v15 says Jesus is the image. Images are not what they reflect. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation (ESV). What does "firstborn of all creation" mean to you; created or creator?

Not sure how you come to the exact wrong conclusion. A Blacksmith forms his creation by using an anvil. An anvil is not the Blacksmith but only a tool, through which the Creator creates.

Many threads delve into this. Any translation with James in the title is the most inaccurate translation available in English today. Why would you rely on the most error prone translation?

Indeed. As an officer of the law, He is the representative of the government who enacted that law. be merciful and Jesus was the rightful representative of the government of heaven, and therefore qualified to be merciful and forgive sinners, taking the due punishment for sin upon Himself.
The law enforcement officer may have been better if he had issued the ticket, and be present at the summons to court and allowed the convicted felon to face the judge, then paid the fine himself.
