Absolutely!!! I was saved in my bedroom when under Conviction of SIN I repented and cried out to God in the FAITH that He gifted.

Getting Born again doesn't require a "Priest" although If the priest is a Born Again Christian himself (some of 'em are), he could assist in the process.
