Just for fun :)

Lately, I've been upset with how I've been managing my time. I am a strong believer in "productive leisure." I've been getting distracted from my usual goals and filling in that time with unnecessary things that wipe out my energy and fulfill no purpose.

So normally you have a to do list, but what would be on your not to do list?

A few of mine

1. The floors don't need to be mopped everyday. I'll do it every few days.
2. I'm going to stop peeling potatoes and making bread when I don't have to, and use instant mashed potatoes and just buy the loaves from the bakery.
3. I'm not going to watch polygamist documentaries anymore specifically to analyze whether or not the women are using a bumpit or a hair rat, or stare at their puffy sleeves.
4. The next time I realize I'm watching a 17-year-old on YouTube prank people on the internet, I'm going to go outside.
5. If I am so bored that I'm watching 20 second clips of people saying silly things or tigers chasing people on YouTube, I'm bored enough work on my Python and Algebra stuff.

You mean like this? :D

That's Vincent Price...noted actor of some scary movies from back in my day.
He also was a very fine cook. Wrote some cook books and loved to entertain people at his house. People loved hanging out with him. The scary bits in movies just added to the mistique of hanging out with him. The recording from "Thriller" is yet another recording of his taken from one of his movies. If I am remembering right...

And the things that are definitely on my "Not to do list" today are:
Give my wife a wedgie/melvin
Go outside during this ice storm
Make another batch of homemade donuts (last ones went way too fast)
pay attention to free financial advice

@JohnDB

LOL I bet your wife is glad about that second one!

The things that take the longest to cook seem to disappear the fastest...! Pelminis? Takes hours. Disappears in minutes.

Never making egg noodles from scratch again.
Never making pie crust from scratch either unless its for sipulipiirakka.
Never making hard dinners again either until I feel like it.
Not going to serve dinner all nice either.

I got some of those divided mess hall looking serving trays ad hopefully they'll be in stock.
I based my entire meal plan this week off by copying vintage Swanson TV dinners entirely because I didn't want to think about it.

Looking forward to that southern tomato meatloaf sauce though.

This wouldn't work today.
"You worked so hard for the last 8 hours painting this room that I'm going to watch whatever is in this box this turn in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes just for you"

This sounds like a good topic. By the way I get the Marie Calendar meat loaf meal, it's pretty good, and the steak and potato meal. I used to cook, but ran out of energy, so now I only mildly cook and throw in a Marie Calendar meal. But I also take a one a day vitamin supplement.

1. I'm going to stop watching movies all day and get out and interact with people more often.
2. I'm going to stop avoiding daily God activities and watch daily Mass.
3. I'm going to stop eating staples and add variety to my diet.
4. I'm going to change my avatar as I'm tired of wearing a hat on an ant hill and playing music no one can hear.

That breakfast sounds super! I've been wanting to add sausage and hash browns to my over easy egg on toast breakfast. You've got me inspired now  I used to make enciladas suizas, I miss doing that, but I broke my oven dish for it. I've been injured for the past year and working with doctors to recover so too much youtube TV
