When in Revelation the Rapture will occur

Philadelphia - Wesleyism formed in this time - To be sanctioned is to acquire it with love.
Laodicea - Charismatic movement formed in this time - Rich and increased with goods and have need of nothing?

Seven Churches - Christ Jesus walks in the midst of the seven church congregations
Seven Stars - All Christians are in the right hand of Christ Jesus (Revelation 2:1)
Seven Seals - The lambs book of life will be sealed with seven seals...

1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

If this is not the Lambs Book of Life why all the ado? The earth will remain unhurt until the following takes place...

And after the 144,000 were sealed we have this scripture...

The rapture occurred in Revelation 7:9... After this we are ready for the plagues of the seven trumpets, seven vials, the overthrow of the Anti-Christ, and the destruction of this world.

But Revelation 7 never mentions heaven. You have added a premise that isn't there. Earth is the venue, as the first 3 verses say. Nowhere does the Bible say people will go to heaven.

Revelation 14:1-3 clearly states the Throne of God is on Mt Zion, in Jerusalem, where every true Christian will be gathered to, soon after the great tribulation of the Sixth Seal, Rev 7:14

Jesus Christ comes as a thief... In times unlooked for... And this also coincides as in the times of Lot and Noah... Who were living ordinary routine lives before they were raptured out of their lands. For it could not be that God would destroy the righteous, as told to Abraham, that God would not destroy Sodom and Gomorrah if he found ten righteous souls. God rescued the righteous in Lots and Noah's time, in which he will do in Revelation 7.

Christ comes in plain ordinary times....

I agree.
In fact, if you look at the opening of the sixth Seal, the sun/moon/star event of Mt 24:29 - which precedes the Day of the Lord happens first.
Then there is the scrolling of the sky, which I relate to the Sign of the Son of Man in Mt 24:30.

As far as 'not being in Heaven' - that itself is a false statement by the 'writer of Bible study guides' keras; the Great Multitude is arrayed before the Father in His Temple in Heaven as described when John is first translated to that realm.

In addition, an Elder describes the Great Multitude as coming out of the Great Tribulation Jesus described in Mt 24:21-22 which is cut short by the sun/moon/star event heralding the Day of the Lord.

As an added bonus: in the parallel account to the Seal/Scroll chronology of Rev 4-11 (exclusive) -
- there is the detailed description of just the one 'seven' in Rev 13-16 (inclusive) which also has:
1. The 144,000 who are mustered first, and then,
2. The Harvest from the clouds which matches Mt 24:31 and 1Th 4:17, and -
3. Immediately following the Harvest (by half an hour from Rev 8) comes the fire and blood judgment of the first Trumpet of God's Wrath.

And I agree as well on the nature of Trumpets: Jesus blows the Last Trumpet assembling the Dead in Christ; Angels blow the seven Trumpets which announce God's Wrath to the wicked.

The rapture occurs shortly after the coming of Jesus Christ,

"At that time people will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens. (Mark 13:26-27 [NIV])

Which is the same event mentioned here, which includes the living and also those who died and are resurrected on this day,

Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:17 [ESV])

In which case this passage in Thessalonians where the elect are gathered is first preceded by the second coming,

For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. (1 Thessalonians 4:16 [ESV])

And the same trumpet that is blasted at his second coming is the same trumpet that is blasted in the passage in Matthew in relation to his second coming,

And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. (Matthew 24:31 [NIV])

And so, in the book of Revelation, the gathering of the elect occurs in this particular prophecy,

Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, "Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe." So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested. (Revelation 14:15-16 [NIV])

In which case the earth is harvested by angels, meaning that the elect are gathered by angels. This event occurs after the second coming, and after the seven trumpets (but before the final seven bowls of wrath), for it is at the last trumpet, that not only will the elect be gathered, but they will also be changed into immortal bodies,

in an instant, in the blink of an eye, at the last trumpet. For it shall trump, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (I Corinthians 15:52 [ABP])

Yet when the trumpets sound, the elect will not be injured by these particular plagues, which is why one of the trumpet blasts has this written,

They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads. (Revelation 9:4 [NIV])

As all who will be saved and chosen to inherit the kingdom of God on earth will have the seal of God. And so, none who have the seal of God will be injured by any of the trumpet blasts, which correlates with these passages,

nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. (Psalm 91:6 [NIV])

You will only look with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked. Because you have made the LORD your dwelling place— the Most High, who is my refuge— no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent. (Psalm 91:8-10 [ESV])

And also,

There shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there has never been, nor ever will be again. But not a dog shall growl against any of the people of Israel, either man or beast, that you may know that the LORD makes a distinction between Egypt and Israel.’ (Exodus 11:6-7 [ESV])

Also, the great multitude that dip their robes in the blood of Jesus Christ are all who were not sealed, but survived all 14 plagues that came, and were also not thrown into the fire. These come from every nation, and remain in mortal bodies, and will be ruled over by Jesus Christ and those who were sealed that will be appointed to also rule on the earth over them. There will be generations that still come forth from these survivors, and as such, they culminate into the great multitude that comes after the "great tribulation" brought forth by the wrath of Jesus Christ. In which case, during these times this particular prophecy will be fulfilled,

"Never again will there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not live out his years; the one who dies at a hundred will be thought a mere child; the one who fails to reach a hundred will be considered accursed. (Isaiah 65:20 [NIV])

The seal is not the rapture, the seal is the holy spirit, hence,

As such, the earth, nor the sea, nor the trees will be hurt until all who are chosen have been sealed with the holy spirit. Once this full number has been reached, then will the earth, and the sea, and and trees by injured by God.

You will not be going to heaven, for the elect are not appointed to go to heaven, but will instead rule on the earth when Jesus Christ returns. Just the fact that you do not know this, already makes it dubious whether you are indeed chosen, for all who are chosen know this.
