God is the guy who created us, loves us, and teaches how to be safe and happy.

Indeed and the Son is identified as the Creator . He who has seen Him has seen the Father .

When you hear “God”
I also hear myself. What a revelation!

You know what it is like when you are talking with a person who is talking at you rather than with you, they never seem to draw a breath for long enough for us to break into the conversation. When we do they simple just get up and walk away because they are not interested in listening to us tell our stories about what we are experiencing.

The same is also true with people when they are talking at God, they are talking so hard and fast that God waits for them/us to stop telling Him what we want Him to hear, before He gets a chance to actually speak to us but instead of being polite and listening to what He has to tell us, we get up and walk away thinking that our conversation with God is over when we stop talking at Him.
