Is it wrong to desire to please people, if it’s good and encouraging towards Yahavah, when going about the spirit.

It’s wrong to please people and their evil desires sometimes may have to say “hey man that may not be such a great idea.”

It’s good to do the right thing, by the spirit, always couching in love, that is pleasing to God.

”Our only goal is to please God. We want to please him whether we live here or there. For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. Each one will receive what he should get—good or bad—for the things he did when he lived in the earthly body.“
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭9‬-‭10‬ ‭ICB‬‬

If we live by the standards set us by Jesus we may please many of those we come in contact with but obviously even living a perfect life in Christ - which we obviously don't yet - there would be those who would find fault with us. There is a saying from Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' - "To thine own self be true" and provided we are not living unrighteously we need not worry about what people think of us.

yes indeed sister . and paul nor any other apostel sought to please men either .
Todays all inclusive sin acceptin many path accepting is to please men .
Now i leave us with pauls reminder .
For if i sought to please men i would not be the servant of CHRIST .
We truly ought to seek to please GOD first . Too many are far too concerned and worried
about not offending men and rather to please them , but forget and have forgotten
that which is pleasing unto the world , IS NOT PLEASING TO GOD .
the sins they accept and overlook , the big broad path to GOD they try and create
GOD AINT WELL PLEASED AT ALL WITH IT , though many many many people are , GOD IS NOT .
Thanks for the reminder sister

many churches have become so worried about not offending men
and to do so they overlook , accept , even call good what GOD calls evil .
THEY aint too worried at all about what OFFENDS GOD , its humanity they now seek to please and make as though its GOD .
not looking too good in these final hours upon earth . But we were warned
that many decievers would abound and that many would follow their perniscious ways
by reason of whom TRUTH would be evil spoken of .......
WE BE IN THE LAST HOURS on earth . Lets open bibles and get busy exhorting one another WITH THOSE REMINDERS .
