Ummmmmm, the "line upon line, precept upon precept" is a PUNISHMENT, not reward. :)

But regarding the Prophetic Psalms, the concept is better than the book, but you have to read the Psalms in context with the 1900's to receive what GOD has for his children. And the more you know about modern Jewish history, the more the Psalms align with those years. -- But let me ask if you're aware that the Daniel 9 "going forth of the word" is NOT from a man-king but from GOD HIMSELF (according to Edward Young). And if there were a Psalms which provided that "going forth of the word", it would have to pre-date Psalms 48. So now I'll ask, -- which Psalms provides that "going forth of the word"?

Jeremiah 33:3 Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things which you have not known.

Psalms 19

If there were a "cornerstone" Chapter upon which successive Chapters could be laid, -- it should be a Chapter which most any person over the age of ~50* on the street could virtually recite with a few prompts. An ENTIRE Chapter of Scripture. In the Book of Psalms. With only a few prompts. Over the age of ~50. From the general population. Christian or not. ANYONE over ~50. Conferring the "going forth of the word to establish and rebuild Jerusalem".

*People younger than 50 may not be as "culturally" competent, with the younger they are, the less they're aware, to the point of not even knowing simple U.S. History such as our first President, etc. But they are proficient using their cell phone and computer games.

So, -- any guess as the "cornerstone" Chapter? -- And it's not Psalms 19! :)

Cornerstone CHAPTER for the "going forth of the word to establish and rebuild Jerusalem", not establish and rebuild JESUS. :)

And Jesus is NOT in every Chapter of every book. It's not good theology, although it makes TERRIFIC religiosity.

John 10:12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
