Your theory is that the Holy Ghost led Protestants out of The Church!! If your theory is true then why do all their doctrines conflict with each other?

I just want to be clear....You “celebrate” being a member of a belief system that has been disagreeing with each other and splitting off from each other for 500 years? Each splinter group believes they know the truth and you celebrate that??? Hmmmmm.....certainly at least one of those teachers of your splinter group is a false teacher? Which one is it?
Daniel 2:34-35

34 As you watched, a stone separated itself without any human hand, struck the statue on its feet made of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces.
35 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were all broken into pieces which became like the chaff on a threshing-floor in summer; the wind blew them away without leaving a trace. But the stone which had struck the statue grew into a huge mountain that filled the whole earth.

Daniel 2:44

44 “In the days of those kings the God of heaven will establish a kingdom that will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not pass into the hands of another people. It will break to pieces and consume all those kingdoms; but it, itself, will stand forever —

The Reformation was just a fulfillment of prophecy. Humanity differs in a lot of ways. Even in opinion. God uses us, even as we are.

Hello Timtofly,

I agree:

Why do the nations protest and the peoples grumble in vain?

Kings on earth rise up and princes plot together against the LORD and his anointed:

"Let us break their shackles and cast off their chains!"

Peace be with you!

What has all that got to with Strongs Concordance?
The last line of my post in question (#287) is in bold for the benefit of the visually impaired. I will edit the line and make it bigger just for you.

A conversation is not "professional" commentary.

There is a difference between friends sharing personal ideas and shoving commercial ideas with some unknown fella's PHD behind it.
Well no PHD here... LOL

It's not a prophecy of a splintering kingdom, you are reading into the verse what isn't there. 44 “In the days of those kings the God of heaven will establish a kingdom that will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not pass into the hands of another people. It (hands of another people) will break to pieces and consume all those kingdoms; but it, itself, (a kingdom of the God of heaven) will stand forever —
The so called reformers renounced any form of a Davidic monarchical kingdom as the papacy was their first target. Your interpretation does not harmonize with Jeremiah 33:17 “For thus says the Lord: David shall never lack a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel, 18 and the Levitical priests shall never lack a man in my presence to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings, and to make sacrifices forever.”
Protestantism does not fulfil Judaism, offers "symbols" with no substantial sacrifice, is not monarchical, is a body with no head, has no pure offerings as prophesied in Malachi 1:11, and you sincerely believe disunity is God's will, which fails St. Paul's test that condemned division in the first place.

No, the Holy Ghost led Protestants out of the great harlot, not the Church.

The church began centuries before the great harlot began.

And you STILL haven't been able to explain away the fact that Jesus (John 10:2-16 and Paul (Eph. 4:11-12 use the SAME word, "Shepherd" ('poy-mane').

Ummmmmmm, maybe you should ask YOUR 'poy-mane' on Sunday - or whenever your pseudo-Christian sect meets . . .

The Holy Spirit isn't the Author of confusion, sparky. He doesn't lead men to conflicting doctrines.
YOU did that all by yourselves . . .
It doesn't say that in my KJV, it only says it in RCC sponsored versions.

The RCC and her daughter versions are hell bent on stealing power from Jesus, to the point of stealing His ONE Shepherd title(John 10) for themselves.

It's about power over people and money.

Well T....
then who are we to believe?

Daniel or Paul?
Could it be that there's a discrepancy in the bible!
I'm sure there isn't.

Here is what Paul said:

Philippians 2:2
make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.

1 Corinthians 1:10
Now I exhort you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment.

Romans 15:5
Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus,

The Reformation, which caused multiple divisions in Christianity with every man thinking he has been personally guided to the truth via the Holy Spirit and hundreds of different truths, is a fulfillment of prophecy?

Sooooo has the Reformation been good for Christianity?

Sooooo the Holy Ghost led Protestants out of the great harlot!!! I see now.

Soooooo why did the Holy Ghost lead all those Protestants to different truths? After all, all the reformers disagree with each other....

That's the big question.

The reformation must include cutting all former doctrinal ties with the RCC and start from scratch.

Worry not...these things take time....

9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.

10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

...it takes a long time to train a child to be a grown up.

Ok.....sooooo let me see if I understand you correctly!!

The Reformation was the beginning of Christianity cutting all doctrinal ties to the RCC? Christianity must start from scratch to get back to the Truth? Now that we have had the Reformation we are getting back on track to the truth? But God is going to take His time getting us there since it take a long time for a child to be grown up???

Hmmmm.........How will we know when the child has finally grown up?
