Why was "the Tree" placed in the center of the garden (orchard)

We aren't told all the things God told Adam and Eve. All their daily conversations in the cool of the day are not available in the bible. Do you think God was aware of the conversations Adam and Eve had with eachother and with the serpent? Could God have known Satan's intent? If He did, could He have intervened and removed the serpent from the garden. Or did the created serpent have a free will which not even God could violate.

So many unknowns hey. But if God wants us to know what He told Adam and Eve then we do have the Spirit Who was in the garden with A & E. The Spirit can tell us directly if God permits.

God told Adam straight up-If you eat of that tree you will die. Obviously super important, that without a doubt Adam shared that with Eve. Even the fallen angel knew. Eve told Satan God said they would die if they ate of that tree.

What sort of death was Adam expecting? It seems that the Serpent told them the truth.
They did not die in the day they ate thereof.

They died spiritually on that day. But the bible says 1000 years is as a day to God. So that is the day God was speaking of. Adam was over 900 when he died.

Exactly. Personally that's why I go to the Spirit as my source of Truth not the bible. This has been my practice for years now. The Spirit of Christ occasionally brings a word of God found in the pages of the bible. I don't seek a book as I did for decades. I seek a Person, the Holy Spirit.

God wrote the bible. Obeying ( 1 Samuel 15:22)= 95% of what it takes. None can understand the deep things without being taught by these-Matthew 24:45. Satan is fooling many into believing they have holy spirit. If all who claimed to have it did, there would be 1 religion, not hundreds. There is only 1 religion( 1 Cor 1:10)
