Kliss, I realize I am not much of good communicator. I am very happy with my walk with Jesus and we now have big happy family. Jesus is blessing me with my three committed children. Only my oldest son is following his father's step; he is also haearted christian.I only meant this thread to encourage people to follow your own instinct which is coming from Holy Spirit making decisions. I also would like to add that we have confidence making decision only if we are doing our best to follow Jesus.:angel1:

I think it is time that I put something forward here that is found in the Word but often overlooked: II John 1:9-11Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. This is written to all of us - wives included. Yashua the Christ never once advocated blind acceptance of anything and that carries right over to Paul. We have this wonderful Word right here in front of us and the solutions are there. If the person doesn't abide in the doctrine of Christ, you don't even wish them goodluck or success. Clearly, this applies to everyone. However, remember that when the time comes, you have to be able to justify the above in the eye of the one and only Judge. You can stay away from false doctrine on this earth and not judge it at the same time.

Christ is very clear in Matthew 5 that there is only one justifiable reason for divorce, and that is adultery. What does everyone here think of Ephesians 5, provided in a previous post? If the wife wants to honor the Lord, she must honor her husband by being submissive to him. This is clear teaching in the Word of God, not my own ideas. One's instincts are not impulses from the Holy Spirit... I am curious as to where such teaching is found within the Word of God? We are commanded to keep His word, not follow our instincts, and I am unaware of any teaching or leading of the Holy Spirit outside of the Word of God.

Well, for starters, we aren't divorced: just separated. And anyway, I believe porn hobby is adultery enough, especially when he has no intention of stopping. Do you disagree?Besides, we should use common sense if our marital problems is stumbling block for our kids' spiritual health and growth. we don't have right to sacrifice kids for our ill relationship. Marriage and family is so complicated. All I want to convey to women is not to let anyone intimidate their dicision because they are the only ones who knows exactly what is going on. Outsiders should not judge others' decisions.

This is between My God and me, my freind. How do you know my instincts are not from the Holy Spirit? If I am lying or wrong about this I am the one who will be paying for it, and not anyone else. why would I want to damage my relashonship with my Lord??? I can trust people who are striving to obey all Jesus' teachings. Even though they are not perfect, I can trust them.

He believes Jesus is Son of God and Savior of the world but he does not believe he has to follow Jesus to be saved. He is not showing any evidence of being Jesus' follower. I believe this kind of faith is blasphemous. He is not unusual case though. I know many, many churches don't make sure their congregation knows what it takes to follow Jesus.

I do not mean to be rude, and Faithful1, please, believe me when I say I am not attacking you, nor do I speak condescendingly to you or anyone else on this board, for that matter. (Just a side note.) Faithful1, if salvation is not obtained by works, then how is it that we must live rightly in order to keep it? I am not advocating a life of debauchery, for we must all give an account to God for the life that we live 1 Cor 3:15. But we are not judged to determine the punishment, for Christ has already taken all of that punishment upon Himself, Romans 8:1, even the punishment for the sin that your husband finds himself ensnared in. I am sorry that you are all so set against me, and I fear that the tone of my posts are to blame for that. Please forgive me Betchevy. My goal is not to defend the Word of God, but to let the Word of God defend itself. If someone comes up to you and says that you can never lose your salvation, your immediate response should be, as is mine, "What does the Word of God have to say about that?" Why do you ignore Jesus' warnings? Why does he repeated tell His followers about importance of being faithful servants?

Do you realize that OSAS theology is making God and Jesus such hypocritical and disgracing them? this is just common sense, writer. We ought to be godly witnesses for Jesus otherwise. Who would listen to us if we are no different than world? When the theology is not in line with God's character it is not of God and Biblical.
