Eventually, one of the dates has to come through, right?
The date set by and known only to the Father will come through.
The date setters should just go ahead and say every day that today / tomorrow is the day. Extremely low percentage but one day ->

I thought that WAS the strategy all along. Hey, it gets clicks.
I've heard more than one preacher say that we should live each day as though, "You know, today COULD be the day Jesus comes back".
Their motivation isn't to get clicks.
We should be watching and living as though but that’s not what the date setters are doing. They’re blaspheming God and they’re harming people.
As to whether or not the Messiah could return any day, the perspective depends on the system. It’s a hallmark of pre-tribulation eschatology.

Clicks give the feeling that they have the power to hold the attention of tens, hundreds, or thousands of people. It's a childish, attention-seeking behavior, not real power. Until you can get others to do what you say.
Whether there may be real spiritual powers and authorities behind the phenomenon is a different discussion.

There is a difference between those who are saying “I’ve been observing world events and doing some calculations; it looks to me like the rapture might be on this date” and those who are saying “God himself appeared to me and told me that this is the date.” The former aren’t false prophets, the latter are.
Joshua’s followers are saying that if you don’t believe Joshua then you have been separated by God and you aren’t saved. It’s become a cult.
We’re still in the window (that never was).
Joshua is right because ... there’s only a week to go before Halloween and people aren’t putting their decorations out like they normally do?
He can’t cut Joshua loose, and he’s not the only one.
