Why not just believe God's Word on the catching up (rapture)??

16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. Nope, if we believe that the rapture is real and are anticipating it...we will be going up...Hebrews 9:28, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.
