1 Chronicles 14:11 -- "So they went up to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there. Then David said, 'God has broken through my enemies by my hand like a breakthrough of water.' Therefore, they called the name of that place Baal Perazim [meaning Master of Breakthrough]."
Breakthrough is the result that occurs after you have come to understand and implement your Christ identity (by affirming and meditating on the scriptures that show you who you are in Christ through the finished work of the cross). You are NOW able to take over new territory, having a more effective boldness and warfare against the enemy, and giving you greater access and entry into the next level of your Christ calling.
Breakthrough means you have the love of Jesus flowing into your heart continually as you walk in the Spirit and live in expectation of that love dominating you. Your life is now affecting and encouraging others to pick up their cross and abandon worldly desires and agendas.
Breakthrough means that the prison doors are now opened -- no longer standing in the way of you getting to the next level of your destiny. Breakthrough means NO MORE BRICK WALL. NO MORE DAM STOPPING THE FLOW. However, breakthrough shouldn't stop there. It is when we achieve breakthrough, and the boundaries to victory have been removed, that we then need to break out—start pursuing and defeating.
THE ABILITY TO BREAKOUT INTO NEW VICTORIES
Micah 2:13 (NKJV), "The one who breaks open [breaks through] will come up before them; they will break out, pass through the gate, and go out by it [new found freedom—take new territory and accomplish great victories]; [because] their king will pass before them, with the Lord at their head"
Breakthrough opens the way and breakout pursues the victory!
The Gospel of Mark says it this way: Mark 16:20 -- "And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the Word through the accompanying signs. Amen."
Breakout also requires our participation.
Now we need to start pursuing all that is involved in carrying out God's purpose for our life and bearing fruit that remains for His Kingdom, evidenced by our discipling, equipping, and sending out warriors to do battle with the kingdom of darkness, re-establishing God's Kingdom in the earth.
The apostles received the Holy Spirit in the Upper Room and went out on fire to set the world on fire. They didn't stay in the Upper Room enjoying their experience and trying to prolong it. Nor did they keep coming back for more of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is not given for self-indulgence. They BROKEOUT full of His power and proclaimed the truth of what they had received.
What we are looking for in breakthrough is BREAK OUT -- the finale of breakthrough.

I AM NOT DESIGNED TO DRIFT - I AM DESIGNED TO CONQUER THE KINGDOM OF DARKNESS AND BRING FORTH THE GREAT COMMISSION.
I ABIDE IN THE LOVE OF JESUS AS I GO THROUGHOUT THE DAY WHICH DISPLAYS ITSELF IN INCREASED PASSION TO DISCIPLE OTHER BELIEVERS INTO THEIR CHRIST IDENTITY.
I DIE TO THE WORLD EVERY DAY FOR THE SAKE OF MY CALLING IN CHRIST TO ADVANCE HIS KINGDOM IN THE EARTH BY CHANGING THE WAY PEOPLE THINK ABOUT JESUS AND HIS GREAT COMMISSION.
