2.3 PARTICULAR REDEMPTION OR LIMITED ATONEMENT

OVERVIEW
This has always been a very tricky topic to deal with, and is not generally warmly accepted by the majoriy of the Christian community. Set up in the same fashion as the previous 2 'chapters', there is not much to discuss in the overview portion

THOUGHTS
Another fine chapter in what has been for me one of the most superb books on the subject I have read to date. Well put together and well informed, these authors tackle on of the harder topics with seeming ease. Hats of to them, a spectacular job!

FAVORITE QUOTE
"Christ did not die simply to make it possible for God to pardon sinners. Neither does God leave it up to sinners to decide whether or not Christ's work will be effective. On the contrary, all for whom Christ sacrificed Himself will be saved infallibly. Redemption, therefore, was designed to bring to pass God's purpose of election"
Steele, Thomas, and Quinn; pg 40
