How do you believe a born again Christian does not sin? I'm curious if you know.

Ending sin takes time. You can't just do it over night, although you can commit to doing it. The born again becomes basically sinless when they become "leavened through". This occurs decades after being born again.

It's not only the born again that go to heaven. Moses, for example, went to heaven, but there was little possibility to be born again at that point.

However, the born again will have a heaven that only they can go to. But even sinners are likely to go to heaven one day. Hell is not eternal, unless you make it that way.

And don't be fooled! Many in hell are very happy, because they make things good for themselves by sinning.

If you die and go to a happy after life, don't just assume it's heaven. Instead ask: how pure are you? Are you and the people around you doing what you know to be wrong? Are you hiding in the dark, with dark secrets only you know? Or are you truly doing good works?

Certainly the rebirth is of utmost importance. Pray for the divine state!

So if you are involved in a car accident and someone is killed, have you murdered that person. The answer is no. It has to be premeditated and deliberate.

How often do you plan to deliberately and intentionally rob your neighbour let's say?

I do not think a Christian would. The verses you quote are in regard to deliberate and continual wrong doing. Such a person is not walking in paths of righteousness but instead walking the wide road that leads to destruction. Their mind and thoughts are not focused on Jesus, but on things of the world. As I get older, I have come to realise the beauty and truth of the Lords Prayer. Every verse, sentence even, honours God, and if we hold to it, keeps us safe from harm. Jesus included the words, "forgive us our trespasses" knowing full well that none of us are perfect, and that is what He will do, he forgives the repentant heart.

Christians, DO sin every day, or else 1 John 1:8-10 is pointless! You will find that the verses that you quote from 1 John 3, the Greek "οὐχ ἁμαρτάνει", literally means, "does not continually sin", that is, "live a life of sinning", which is the force of the present, continuance tense. 1 John 2:1 says, "My little children, these things write I unto you that ye may not sin. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous", where it literally means, "ἵνα μὴ ἁμάρτητε", that you "may not continue living a life-style of sin".

You're both right: One is born again of the Spirit; their spirit is reborn, of incorruptible seed.
I take this to mean that the born-again spirit can not sin again.
However, we also are mind, will, and emotion.
This is the soul.
Because of the will, each sin is done willfully, and needs to be repented of, willfully.
When we first believe and repent, we are fully forgiven, or justified.
The soul is forgiven, but in order to be healed and delivered, we need to repent, and repentance here is a process.
This process is what Luke 9:23 is about.
This is my experience of this, this is my understanding of this, and this is my testimony, which I believe to be the teaching of the New Testament apostles.
