If you were aware of the Greek then you would know the KJV is in error using the word (Hereafter). That's not in the Greek at all. The word the KJV deleted and exchanged with (Hereafter) was Now. What does Now mean to you?? Arti' means Now. Also you just made the arguement that arti' can also mean (at present).
Actually, "hereafter" was used to translate "ap arti", not just arti.

Hereafter was used to express "away from now".

Much love!

Exactly! Which is a false report.

Strong's Concordance
arti: just now
Original Word: ἄρτι
Part of Speech: Adverb
Transliteration: arti
Phonetic Spelling: (ar'-tee)
Definition: just now
Usage: now, just now, at this moment.
HELPS Word-studies

And what is your Bible translation? I get more curious the more you ignore my question.

I want to make sure I understand where you are going with this.

The idea is where Jesus said that the whole world will see Him, that somehow it won't really be that way, right? Because "From now on you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of power, and coming on the clouds of heaven". Am I understanding that right?

So then in your view, beginning at Jesus' trial, the Sanhedrin began to see Jesus seated at the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. This is correct?

Much love!

In both verses above, the house is in heaven. The first a promise that we would occupy that which was left empty in the second. I'm not sure why you quoted them though. Care to elucidate for this dumb kiwi?

A new word for me: -

There is a punch line in the above enlightenment, but the humour may not be appreciated.

For almost two thousand years, faithful followers of Jesus Christ have been in anticipation of his Second Coming.
i live every day in full anticipation of his coming 2 Timothy 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Oh!! If only the ungodly would stop being stubborn, pay attention, listen, and gain the wisdom of understanding to keep on living into Christ's
have you ever been LOST Stubborn. granted life would be better but before salvation .ill assure you we was stubborn as a mule and times even after being saved

are you saying the 2nd coming is a farce ?

No. According to Bible Prophecy, an allotment of two days of 2,000 years would need to lapse before the Second Coming is revealed to unbelievers. (Hosea 6:2, 2 Peter 3:8)

The Greek word used in Hebrews 9:28 for appear is horaó. Which means to SEE or perceive as "to see with the mind".
Strong's Concordance
horaó: to see, perceive, attend to
Original Word: ὁράω
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: horaó
Phonetic Spelling: (hor-ah'-o)
Definition: to see, perceive, attend to
Usage: I see, look upon, experience, perceive, discern, beware.

HELPS Word-studies
3708 horáō – properly, see, often with metaphorical meaning: "to see with the mind" (i.e. spiritually see), i.e. perceive (with inward spiritual perception).

No. However, as to (2 Timothy 4:8) the Greek word for appearing is epiphaneia. This means a manifestation of his presence.
Strong's Concordance
epiphaneia: appearance
Original Word: ἐπιφάνεια, ας, ἡ
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine
Transliteration: epiphaneia
Phonetic Spelling: (ep-if-an'-i-ah)
Definition: appearance
Usage: appearing, manifestation, glorious display.
HELPS Word-studies
2015 epipháneia (from 1909 /epí, "on, fitting," which intensifies 5316 /phaínō, "show forth, appear") – properly, a fitting manifestation (literally, "an epiphany"). [2015 (epipháneia) is the root of the English term, "epiphany."]

The epiphany of Jesus Christ is listed in (Matthew Chapter 24) as the SIGN. Luke has the Sign listed also and the four horsemen. All are one in the same Manifestations. Have you ever had an epiphany? It's that moment you had a realization? That ah-ha moment. I SEE!

Jesus eloquently gave a plethora of Signs that made up a Composite Sign that would occur in marking when his second presence would occur. “Furthermore, when you hear of wars and disturbances, do not be terrified. For these things must take place first, but the end will not occur immediately.”

  • Then he said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
  • There will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another food shortages and pestilences;
  • and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs.” (Luke 21:9-11)
  • “And this good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations,
  • and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:14)

Matthew 12:38 Then some of the scribes and Pharisees said to Him, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.” 39 Jesus replied, “A wicked and adulterous generation demands a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.… they missed and i fear your missing it to

i disagree with you %199 signs have been given we await his return regardless to your theory . everything is in place for the trumpet to sound and Christ will step out on a cloud of Glory and YES every EYE SHALL SEE HIM. even those who have rejected him. btw his appearing is seeing him again and yes his appearing can be his presence . i have the same program you use IN defining words i chose to take it at face value

I must have misunderstood your question. I thought you were referring to his Second Coming. First of all know this, that in the last days ridiculers will come with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep in death, all things are continuing exactly as they were from creation’s beginning.”

so whats your point ?

Christ return doesn't start out with rainbows and sunshine but rather a gloomy downcast. When Jesus ascended to heaven the whole world did not SEE him. Only his faithful followers did. Then he also said to the crowds: “When you see a cloud rising in the west, at once you say, ‘A storm is coming,’ and it happens.'" (Luke 12:54)

For just as the lightning comes out of the east and shines over to the west, so the Presence of the Son of man will be. (Matthew 24:27) Clouds and lightning represent a storm like condition or situation does it not? This is the epipháneia that is now intensifying.

2015 epipháneia (from 1909 /epí, "on, fitting," which intensifies 5316 /phaínō, "show forth, appear") – properly, a fitting manifestation (literally, "an epiphany"). [2015 (epipháneia) is the root of the English term, "epiphany."] Usage: appearing, manifestation, glorious display.

The Greek word for Presence is Parousia.
Strong's Concordance
parousia: a presence, a coming
Original Word: παρουσία, ας, ἡ
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine
Transliteration: parousia
Phonetic Spelling: (par-oo-see'-ah)
Definition: a presence, a coming
Usage: (a) presence, (b) a coming, an arrival, advent, especially of the second coming of Christ.

HELPS Word-studies
3952 parousía (from parōn, "be present, arrive to enter into a situation") – properly, coming, especially the arrival of the owner who alone can deal with a situation (cf. LS). 3952 (parousía) is a "technical term with reference to the visit of a king or some other official, 'a royal visit' " (Souter) – "hence, in the NT, specifically of the Advent or Parousia of Christ" (A-S).

[3952 (parousía) is "used in the east as a technical expression for the royal visit of a king, or emperor. The word means literally 'the being beside,' thus, 'the personal presence' " (K. Wuest, 3, Bypaths, 33).]

Are you starting to SEE a pattern? Behold, he cometh with the clouds; and every EYE shall see him, and they that pierced him; and all the tribes of the earth shall mourn over him. Even so, Amen. (Revelation 1:7)

Notice that those who SEE him are mourning? How can this be? Because of the storm like situation that is going on today. The Greek word for See is horaó.
Strong's Concordance
horaó: to see, perceive, attend to
Original Word: ὁράω
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: horaó
Phonetic Spelling: (hor-ah'-o)
Definition: to see, perceive, attend to
Usage: I see, look upon, experience, perceive, discern, beware.

Christ first presence was in the flesh. Christ second presence is in the spirit. So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living person.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. (1 Corinthians 15:45)

Today, God's Kingdom is crushing all of Satan's earthly governments that he offered up to Jesus. Are the governments fragmenting and breaking off into little pieces? (Daniel 2:44) The pummeling of the earth will indeed intensify. It takes faith to perceive these things. Jesus encouraged his faithful followers, "But as these things start to occur, stand up straight and lift up your heads, because your deliverance is getting near." (Luke 21:28)

The Second Coming of Christ...
View attachment 16099

For almost two thousand years, faithful followers of Jesus Christ have been in anticipation of his Second Coming. We are living at extremely exciting times as our Preaching Work comes to its end! According to Bible Prophecy, an allotment of two days of 2,000 years would need to lapse before the Second Coming is revealed to unbelievers. (Hosea 6:2, 2 Peter 3:8) Oh!! If only the ungodly would stop being stubborn, pay attention, listen, and gain the wisdom of understanding to keep on living into Christ's Millennial Reign... "Do not think I came to bring peace to the earth; I came to bring, not peace, but a sword." (Matthew 10:34)

Even though the Second Coming will be Invisible to the human eye, only faithful followers will perceive when Jesus became King of God's Kingdom. One more 'timed event' or prophecy would be fulfilled prior to the destruction of the wicked. Satan and his earthly kingdoms are entering their final hour since 2015 spewing demonic propaganda that they brought peace and prosperity to the earth by transforming our world by 2030, and the majority of the earth's population will be more than willing to capitulate. "Whenever it is that they are saying, “Peace and security!” then sudden destruction is to be instantly on them, just like birth pains on a pregnant woman, and they will by no means escape." (1 Thessalonians 5:3)

It's imperative to build your faith now because the trigger for the Great Tribulation is an outbreak of peace. When Satan's world promotes that they achieved peace and prosperity in 2030, people will no longer have to follow any rules. Aborting unborn infant lives will become a common place as in offering up children sacrifices to their gods. No need to work. No need to pray. Government is your god in providing your wants and needs. Then comes the enforcement, perhaps a door to door check by a government agency to see if you bent your knee and have proof of your card to buy and sell. As in the Last Days of Noah, there were hybrid humans. Could their be hybrid humans today? It's possible as the Last Days of Satan's Rulership comes to an end, he would possibly be looking for a way to build his army.

Learning these things now can help you prepare for the coming events. It will take faith, but there is hope! Start preparing your heart and mind and apply the counsel from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: "No one can slave for two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stick to the one and despise the other. You cannot slave for God and for Riches. “On this account I say to you: Stop being anxious about your lives as to what you will eat or what you will drink, or about your bodies as to what you will wear. Does not life mean more than food and the body than clothing? Observe intently the birds of heaven; they do not sow seed or reap or gather into storehouses, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth more than they are?" (Matthew 6:24-26)

"So never be anxious and say, ‘What are we to eat?’ or, ‘What are we to drink?’ or, ‘What are we to wear?’ For all these are the things the nations are eagerly pursuing. Your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. “Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you." (Matthew 6:31-33)

Sounds like you are a Jehovahs Witness. Or at least mirror their doctrine.

@ days (thousand years) were not allotted. That is a man made construct.

Also Jesus return will be very very very visible to the entire world!
