Planned to go visit an elderly g-mother of a preteen nephew...asked the nephew if he wanted to go with me...
His response was; Why would I want to do that, she's half dead.
I suppose I could have explained memory loss doesn't make a person half dead... but...
My response was; silly boy, have you no imagination? I'm going to visit the part that is half alive.
A few days later, I heard the boy asking his mom, where his jacket was. His mom asked him, where did you put your jacket. The boy says, I don't remember.
I couldn't resist....
You had better go find your jacket, or people might think you're half dead.

I don't know about you but when I get to Heaven I am going to ask God why He made our arms to short to reach that middle spot on the back that always starts itching and you can't scratch it...:)

I have a pencil that has a metal ball on the end of it. One day, drawing with the younger kids, gave one of the kids that pencil to use.

Took out all my old phones...they had no clue, of the history. The drawing went to the wayside, and instead wanted to talk about and play with the phones...
....found out later from the parents...
The little girls were asking parents for a "princess phone"...ha ha...
...can of worms....oh ya, gave them a "tin can of worms" to open too. Tee hee.
