Good idea!!!! I might try that!!!! Buy whipped cream. The girl would live on ice cream if I let her. Need to hide some frozen peas in it or something. LOL
I would strongly suggest looking at the ingredients in that "whipped cream." A lot of it is chemically based. You could get actual heavy whipping cream and make some ...add a little sweetener and vanilla in. (I use stevia, erythritol, xylitol, or monk fruit, but you could use honey or raw cane sugar, coconut sugar, etc.)

You might even blend the ingredients and make a fruit smoothie if you make it sweet enough. Add frozen banana and berries in with whipping cream and a little cream cheese, sprinkle granola over it .... it'll taste like cheese cake!

You can hide all sorts of goodness in fruit smoothies.

This is tasty ...tastes more like banana than apple. I've used it in smoothies. Walmart carries it. I also get it on Amazon. Goodness, I even throw in some MCT oil and grass fed beef collagen. It's tasteless.

Other than that she has a few healthy favorites: salmon cakes, popcorn, kale chips, granola, homemade (healthy) rice "ramen", plain yogurt, cranberry sauce, crunchy chickpeas, sometimes smoothies.

Are you sure she’s a child? That sounds like a list of things my parrot used to like…:D

If I can organize the kitchen it might motivate me some to cook more. My husband only likes hamburger helper. LOL

Sneak some hemp, chia, and flax seeds into your pasta dishes ...or perhaps quinoa in the rice dishes. I usually would add hemp seeds in those as well. They can be sprinkled over salads, in soups, in baked goods...

Oh wow!!!!!
Yea, it's healthy, but the flavor. I would think granola and berries might be a better idea with yogurt or something healthy like that. I had a girlfriend in highschool that worked at the local yogurt shop and it can be healthy to while tasting good.

So is hemp...a bit like a soft form of marijuana?

Never heard of hemp seeds. I know we love sunflower seeds.
