something like that, only both hands palm up, with the words written between them.

@Ziggy An effective placement, for whoever, anyway...or maybe even lower at the wrist....

I have tattoos and don’t care if people like them or not.. Have thought about getting a new one which is a cross on top of my hand, reminding me of the Lord and to live for him daily which is hard for some even a struggle due to lack of understanding and knowledge.
@MatthewG All the young ppl with Bible verses tattooed with whom I have spoken have seemingly gotten them for witness tool reasons.

I reckon they would have gone joyfully to the tattoo parlor.

(If this makes any sense?)

People love to get tattoos.
@MatthewG I was thinking particularly about those who get them for a particular purpose in testimony.

Dave L even said he regretted not having gotten a faith based tattoo when he was younger.

Dave L said:
I think when I was a young Christian, a scripture or Christian art Tattoo would have helped me stake a claim as a Christian and made people aware early on. It would have helped sort out friends from the start. So I regret not having that as an option during that time. .. If I found myself in a similar situation to when I was young, I'd probably have a tattoo.

Yes but you still can unless you have problems with thinned blood.

@MatthewG Indeed and Heavenhome has commented that a lot of older ppl in her area have been getting them:

My dear Dad had two tattoos but that was from his navy days.
I have noticed however that lots of young girls have them and what is really noticeable is a huge amount are women say around their sixties .

I guess my point is that it can be done with a lot of social confidence today, but in terms of testimony the motive to get them as witness tools can stand out as opposed to simply getting them for their own sake.

(If this makes any more sense?)

Yes my teacher has had many tattoos I believe about 5 they all pertain to an objectively show lesson through the artwork of the tattoo.

Very clever. One is a tattoo of a cross on the top of his hand. He said it is a reminder of the need to die to the self and to remember to live for Christ, by faith in trusting in the death, burial, and resurrection.

@MatthewG So is he the guy who did the videos?

(I think one was about tattoos, wasn't it?)

The living body in this world is a pulpit - the world is your pulpit! I say use it wisely.

@soul man

Recently @Abigail talked about using her skin as a testimony canvas.

Like, for her it seems to have been a humbling and fulfilling experience to get inkings with Bible content that are effective as witness tools.

I've committed my body to give testimony to whomever reads it.

It's not for me, it's for the sake of others who may feel led by the Holy Spirit to follow up after they've seen those parts of me. It's fulfilling in that sense. And it is a humbling experience if someone says something to me after they've seen those parts of me.

To God be the glory. :)

I guess you can relate to this, not least with talking to your wife's nurse some years ago, right?
