No--I explained that. Not killing in the way you mean, but putting an end to sins. Which yes, is the death of some, but life to others.
So why are they removed from the Lord's kingdom?

Killing people is not putting an end to sin. It is sin itself.
Thou shall not kill.
Few people on this board understand that.
Even though Jesus came and led and died by example, few people believe that is the correct path.
They believe if a prophet of Christ kills and torments people its a good thing. It's the holy thing to do.

This is the mystery of the cross, which is death to all, but life to those who are God's. Which is not murder or sin, but pleased God.
This is why things are not adding up for you and causing questions.

You are thoroughly confused. The two prophets are taken out of the kingdom of the Antichrist and remain within the Kingdom of God.
As you wish, however I see all that as metaphor......and as Jesus directed, 'be careful how you hear'
If earthquake is literal, then does that also mean “white robes were given” is also to be taken as literal? We can expect white choir robes? and the sun turned black, the moon became as blood? What about a mighty wind ? Will a mighty wind be so fierce, the blowing of it will cast the stars to the ground? Revelation 6:11-13
You believe the antichrist rules over the two witnesses for those 42 months or do you believe they rule over the antichrist for those 42 months?
From what I've read, about everyone sees smoke coming from Babylon. I haven't seen of any other cloud rising from Babylon.
All of that is a part of war. Armegeddon is a hell of a war. The United States is going to wipe the middle east off the face of the map. May as well just redraw everything.

Those two prophets chose to go into a drunk prostitute and start beating everyone. They will be treated as unbelievers.

you asked a great question in the OP. I don’t know why they were removed. But still I question your explanation of a nuclear bomb as the cloud that ascends into heaven by which they ascend. How do you mean…is the plum of smoke so great it carries them all the way up into heaven? Or do you mean by death of the bomb? the two passages below are similar:

There are no other witnesses of Jesus and the Word of God mentioned as reigning with Christ a thousand years except those who "had not worshiped the beast nor his image, nor had received his mark on their foreheads, nor in their hands."
The person who has been able to work out the identity of the two witnesses is the person who has been able to work out the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto.
In other words, no one.
