That is good. You came to faith, and read the Gospel, Matthew, mark, Luke, and John.

Jesus one time sacrifice on the cross paid for the sins of all people, nearly 2000 years ago.

It took care of your sins, and now you came to the cross. Do you stay there? At the feet of Jesus while he is up there or do you follow after him, dying to your own fleshly ways, and you decide that his death will be your baptism, the burial will be your ending of the old man (until the flesh rises again), and be raised again in Christ into new spiritual life? Well that is your choice isn’t it?

All people have their flaws, me even as a Christian.
The choice we have is to abide in Christ and allow the spirit to produce fruit within us to have love for God and love for others.

Allowing God to work through you; and it’s not all about your knowledge; even my own; it is about a relationship, knowing God is there for you, that he listens to your prayers, when you miss the mark because trust me you’re going to, God still loves you and desires for you to seek him out over the self.

It’s tough, and people scoff at the notion of love, some think violence is a form of love, but not according to the description that Paul gave in 1 Corinthians 13.

It’s about dying to the self and living for God, I’m not perfect at it and God sees my heart and knows it very well, he sees all the secrets behind masked faces and the door of the heart which Jesus knocks on to be invited in, it’s up to you to follow him or not.

The Bible is helpful and the written word is useful for the soul, to heal and mend the heart/mind/will/emotion.

Nothing else compares to having a saving faithful relationship with God; and if anyone tries to pull you away from that be aware that men/women are fallible don’t put your trust in them but in the Lord Jesus Christ who did everything for you and desires to give you life more abundantly by the Holy Spirit.

Continue to study and read your Bible! That is my encouragement.

Do you stay there?
Well, you do stay there in your FAITH.
In other words....if you understood that Christ is bleeding and dying on the Cross for your sin, so that you can be forgiven and have eternal life, when you Give God your FAITH in Christ.....then you must STAY THERE, in your faith.
If not, you'll end up as a heretic, talking about water and works and enduring and self saving.
You'll end up in a cult that teaches that you can lose your salvation.

so, you must begin your discipleship, not with trying to be a Pastor, but by getting your heart grounded deeply within the understanding of God's Grace, as the "gift of Righteousness".
If you dont, a cult will get you and have you babbling on a fourm about Preterism.
You be on a forum talking JW craziness, or Mormon deception.

Hebrews 13:9....is where you must begin your walk of faith, and LIVE.

So you believe Christ is still on the cross?
You keep pressing this “your faith” you ever read in scripture that faith is a fruit of the Holy Spirit?

There is a two way street.

Consider Noah,

He was told to build an Ark.

Did he make the choice to do what God said?

He did, and because of that I believe that God kept Noah fed, in which he continued to persist in his faith and he eventually completed the Ark God told him to build which was three stories tall.

Same thing for us today, Jesus said forgive your enemy, that is a choice. Do you forgive your enemy by and through the spirit, or do you not forgive your enemy because your flesh is still seething with hate for them?

There is this two way street where God is trying to reach us, and we agree by interacting with God and let God reach us.

Does one have the willingness to let him work through you?

That is way I personally see the individual faith.

God gives the increase, but what is needed to grow? Water and food?

This is why prayer is so important, living by the spirit is primary, and the Bible can increase and enhance and make our faith strong, but it comes through time and experience in life by trusting God, to help you by the spirit as you live your faith out which is between you and God alone.

Salvation is 200O yrs ago, offered.
The blood and death of Christ, is Salvation........so, when i preach about that, as Paul does, we are "preaching Christ Crucified". or "the preaching of the Cross is the Power of God, unto Salvation".

You're a Hyper Calvinist, ?????????? who believes that God saves you, or chooses you to not be saved, and you end up in Hell?
Is that right?
You dont believe that you have free will?
Correct?
