I hate the ripped jeans look on anybody but most of all me.

@Pearl Maybe so, but it's a highly sought after look. Apparently there is great skill in getting the rip done exactly right.
Do you wear them or even like ripped jeans. I was taught not to wear rags and I feel sorry for those that have no option but to turn a perfectly good pair of jeans into rags . . . . . ?
@Pearl No I myself don't wear them.
But it seems that asymmetricality is part of it, when the ripping/distressing is done. (Maybe you have family members who do it or know about it....)
None of my family have ever worn tattered jeans. They look cheap and nasty and probably cost a small fortune.
my day was good went to the thrift store today, did housework before me & mom left, went out to dinner & got a hamburger
I love a good thrift store!
my day was good, went for a walk, trying to do 2 walks a day but it's been very hot, looked up scriptures for a Christian workbook about engageing the culture as in how believers can be salt & light in a dark world without compriseing their faith, going to watch a DVD today & then watch T.V.

I fully understand my dear sister . Would you like to know how i shop when i finally decide it is time for a few new clothes .
I circle the cheap racks at wal mart . The stuff going out of season so they already dropped the prices .
Then i come back and if it drops to three dollars or so , I GRAB it fast . yeah i shop cheap sister .
And as i said those clothes will for sure have been used before they get retired .
They end up looking like a moth got a hold of them . I call a couple of my pants my swiss cheese pants .
This brother is cheap . BUT its all good . I GOT THE GLORIOUS LORD and on that note i say , LET THE LORD BE PRAISED
and THANKED . THE LORD is with the lambs and HE is our hope and HE our salvation .

Its funny dear sister . About two years back i went to GOOD WILL to find a cheap belt
to keep my pants , whose buttons wore out from falling down . This brother likes to get as much use out of it as i can .
Now hands up sister . ITS LORD praising TIME in the digital building .
My day was awesome. Very quiet and I managed to get things done. Sometimes that is not possible because I am so busy doing other things. I am happy to have got to cut up a large pumpkin this morning, slice and freeze it. 
Today was great. I woke up, went for a walk, cleaned the apartment, ran errands, picked up hubby from work, and made a huge meal. Now Im tired.
my day has been ok so far, didn't get alot of sleep, will continue doing my Christian workbook & answer the questions in the workbook will probably go for a walk, do housework, watch DVD's & T.V.
It's been warm and muggy here but we sat in the garden for a while and I cut some plants back.
Cold this morning but we are in the middle of winter. Not like the ones they have in the USA but still a bit chiily. Just finished praying and now thinking about breakfast
The Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade and sent the abortion decisions to the states today!!! Im over the moon about it!!
