You see the World as Hell on Earth @Jack?

Would you like to share more of what it is that makes this world such a hell? You can say the Devil, but that is too easy, are there other specifics that may apply?
Please don't misquote me. I said, "almost Hell on earth".

So you believe the Devil doesn't exist? Even though the NT warns us about the snares of the Devil?

Every letter in the Apostolic Record - the Gospels, and all the letters founded in the Bible, has a context and purpose. For an example a Letter written by Paul to the people at Colossae, is a Letter written by Paul to the people at Colossae. I believe since the return of Christ in 70Ad in his promise to return in gather in bride when the destruction of Jerusalem drew upon the very last hour. That with the destruction, and also what John states about the Devil being done with forever, all happened together at that time and period and all of the material religion was done away with.

Many people do believe the devil is still around today, and do not believe that Jesus Christ returned as promise so the Devil is still losing souls to God, but that is not true according what John states, in Revelation 20:10 either that verse is true and it happened, or it has not happened yet.

Depends on your view.

Please don't misquote me. I said, "almost Hell on earth".

You are always welcome to answer the question either way.

As stated Ronald, many people still believe in the coming of Christ. That is all find and cool with me, though I do not believe he is coming back and believe he came back to his promised people in that day in age.

Though when leaving this life, surely everyone will have a coming back experience of some sort being given a spiritual body by God which will be good, and with that resurrection go on into the Kingdom of Heaven to be with God for having faith and choosing to do so while living on earth.

Those who do not want anything to with God will be on the outside of the Kingdom.

Jesus Christ has taken care of the sins of all people, and Jesus Christ has had victory over sin, death, satan and his angels, the false prophet, the beast, and all enemies placed beneath his feet, and did come back but hey maybe I am wrong and people who are still waiting are all right.

Satan is alive and still killing, stealing and destroying. He is not "done" by any means! Have you read about the "great tribulation" in Revelation? Satan is just getting started.

Sure.

I believe it was all foretold and written to the 7 churches in Asia/Minor however, according to Revelation 1:1-10.

Anyway, if you are someone who continues to desire to still believe Jesus Christ has not had the victory that is by your own choice. No problem with people who still believe in the return of Christ, I simply do not believe it is going to happen in the future anymore.

Revelation 7
Young's Literal Translation

7 And after these things I saw four messengers, standing upon the four corners of the land, holding the four winds of the land, that the wind may not blow upon the land, nor upon the sea, nor upon any tree;

2 and I saw another messenger going up from the rising of the sun, having a seal of the living God, and he did cry with a great voice to the four messengers, to whom it was given to injure the land and the sea, saying,

3 `Do not injure the land, nor the sea, nor the trees, till we may seal the servants of our God upon their foreheads.'

4 And I heard the number of those sealed, (144 thousands were sealed out of all the tribes of the sons of Israel):

5 of the tribe of Judah 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Reuben 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Gad 12 thousand were sealed;

6 of the tribe of Asher 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Naphtali 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Manasseh 12 thousand were sealed;

7 of the tribe of Simeon 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Levi 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Issachar 12 thousand were sealed;

8 of the tribe of Zebulun 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Joseph 12 thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Benjamin 12 thousand were sealed.

9 After these things I saw, and lo, a great multitude, which to number no one was able, out of all nations, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands,

10 and crying with a great voice, saying, `The salvation [is] to Him who is sitting upon the throne -- to our God, and to the Lamb!'

11 And all the messengers stood around the throne, and the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell upon their face, and bowed before God,

12 saying, `Amen! the blessing, and the glory, and the wisdom, and the thanksgiving, and the honour, and the power, and the strength, [are] to our God -- to the ages of the ages! Amen!'

13 And answer did one of the elders, saying to me, `These, who have been arrayed with the white robes -- who are they, and whence came they?'

14 and I have said to him, `Sir, thou hast known;' and he said to me, `These are those who are coming out of the great tribulation, and they did wash their robes, and they made their robes white in the blood of the Lamb;

15 because of this are they before the throne of God, and they do service to Him day and night in His sanctuary, and He who is sitting upon the throne shall tabernacle over them;

16 they shall not hunger any more, nor may the sun fall upon them, nor any heat,

17 because the Lamb that [is] in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters, and wipe away shall God every tear from their eyes.'

I am of the personal belief Jesus Christ had came and taken his bride in 70Ad. Most people do not believe this and think it is ludicrous. However I do believe Jesus Christ came back to save his people from a terrible time and persecution they were going to. They are the most underrated, when they should be looked at in outstanding array for what they did faithfully waiting for the Saviour to arrive during a terrible time that began to pour and pound up that nation of Israel in 70AD.

Preterist?

There are 4 main views in Revelation, idealist, futurist, historitist, and Preterist.

I believe everything happened in the past with the first century first-born believers in Christ Jesus, who suffered death at the hands of others. I do not know everything a 'preterist' believes but I believe that everything has been fulfilled. Except for Revelation 21-22 which are spiritual principles and pictures and types for us to learn about and from.

What is your view on the Revelation? Mine use to be future but after some thought my mind changed about the whole thing.

Then why do people sometimes spend so much time on their sins for?

Didn’t Jesus take them away? Resurrecting for justification for you if you choose by faith to believe you can become part of the heavenly kingdom and live by the spiritual means.

Jesus did in fact take away the sins of the world, by his death, which was instated by the people in Jerusalem, and then Jesus was handed over to the Roman’s and crucified. The significance of this the fact of Jesus being the Lamb who was slain before the foundations of the world. The Jewish people would experience a coming day of wrath which they had expected from their Old Testament scripture that they would say is canon. Because of his Death, his blood had to be taken and then He would have to come back to show that he had victory over everything taking his bride which was spotless and blameless at that time in that age in 70Ad, with him coming to take his bride and the wrath of God would be poured out upon the nation of Israel.

It is nice to know that all the sin of the world has been taken care of by the Lord, and that was a once in a lifetime deal. If sin is still the focus and not the saving grace of God and the Lord Jesus Christ, then the focus is not placed on hope to overcome the challenges people face in day in life. Just believe the scripture for what it does say.

John the Baptist said this:

John 1:29

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
@MatthewG, you have some strange ideas you come up with. Jesus didn't take away everyone's sins. He did it for some that believe in him. He covered the entire world if they should repent.

If Jesus took away the sins of the world then who is it that gets washed clean with the blood of the Lamb? Which is given from the sacrifice of Christ. Everyone @MatthewG? You need to re-read Revelation 7. There are 144,000 that are washed clean with his blood. Although the 144,000 is probably a symbol of some real number it is few.

Well if that's true Jesus did a terrible job. They were persecuted to death!

@devin553344 Yes 144,000 Jewish believers, who are virgins.

I am not a virgin anymore, ... guess I am not part of the bride of Christ.

This group was very special and suffered persecution and death along with having to wait patiently to be saved from the wrath of God which was going to fall upon the nation of Israel for having killed his Son.

Anyway, that is what I think about that Devin.

You seem to not care if that is the case in anyway. Sure American could get F**ked up by a nuke. But that won't be the end of the entire world in my belief...

The Kingdom of Heaven will never end and people will always come in by faith. Praise be to God, for making people right with him who believe in the Son of God who came, died, was buried and rose again. Of course his return was talked about too in that Gospels and in those letters.

To ignore that information is neglect to really have some freeing news founded in truth.

Whatever you wanna believe, I welcome you to do so; as it doesn't matter if people agree with me or not and I have come to accept that fact.

Let me show you another relevant scripture on this subject of who is saved from sin. The following is the atonement applied to Christians:

1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Just showing me other verses, doesn't take away from what other verses stated does it @devin553344?

Are you having a trouble accepting that Jesus Christ indeed paid for the price of all sin, even unbelievers?

Of course not. Jesus will return to fight for Israel.
Zechariah 14
1 Behold, the day of the LORD is coming, ...
2 For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem; ...
3 Then the LORD will go forth And fight against those nations, As He fights in the day of battle.
4 And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, Which faces Jerusalem on the east.

Hasn't happened yet, but soon to come!

Just remember While JESUS is the savoir of the world , believe what else he said , IF YE BELIEVE NOT you will be damned .
Let us hear the parable of the JUDGE and the LAWYER .
There once was a JUDGE who sat upon his seat . Many came into his chambers .
He had told the masses to go to only one lawyer for only that lawyer would be the lawyer he would listen too .
Every time a man showed up guilty in his court but used the lawyer of the JUDGE he was set free from his error .
But every time a man came into the courts and chamber of the JUST JUDGE with another lawyer
HE was found guilty every time .
IF such a judge existed upon this earth , any time a man broke the law and need to be set free
HE would go to the lawyer THAT JUDGE had appointed .
SO HOW COME TODAY many wont COME TO THE CHRIST , THE ONLY MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD and MEN .
YOU SEE , you keep saying JESUS is the savoir of the world . AND YES HE IS
AND YET IF FOLKS dont come through HIM TO GOD , GUESS WHAT , THEY DAMNED . PEROID . FIGURE THIS OUT
