And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God: which though a short, is a very comprehensive summary of the articles of faith respecting the person, offices, and grace of Christ; as that he is a divine person, truly and properly God, the only begotten of the Father, of the same nature with him, and equal to him; that

Please don't impose upon me what "sister White is citing"
Ellen G. White was a prolific writer. Her first book, A Sketch of the Christian Experience and Views of Ellen G. White, appeared in 1851. She would go on to write about 60 books total. The Whites travelled extensively, and Ellen wrote constantly to tell people what God was supposedly telling her. In 1855, James and Ellen G. White settled in Battle Creek, Michigan. In the next 55 years, Ellen G. White wrote nearly 10,000 pages of prophetic material, much of it published in the nine-volume Testimonies for the Church.

During a funeral service in Ohio in 1858, Ellen G. White had yet another vision, which she later detailed in her 219-page book Spiritual Gifts, Volume 1: The Great Controversy Between Christ and His Angels and Satan and His Angels. In this vision, Mrs. White saw a cosmic war being waged throughout the ages between Jesus and His angelic army and Satan and his. The Great Controversy, said Mrs. White, will be won as Christians help Jesus.

In May 1863, the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists was officially incorporated. Ellen G. White never considered herself the head of the new group, but her visions were definitely instrumental in its founding and early guidance. The Seventh-Day Adventists considered Mrs. White to be a true prophetess of God. Modern Adventists still lift her up as having the gift of prophecy. Seventh-Day Adventists interpret “the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” in Revelation 19:10 as a reference to Ellen G. White’s writings. The following statement was approved by the General Conference session in the Netherlands in June 1995: “We consider the biblical canon closed. However, we also believe, as did Ellen G. White’s contemporaries, that her writings carry divine authority, both for godly living and for doctrine. Therefore, we recommend . . . that as a church we seek the power of the Holy Spirit to apply to our lives more fully the inspired counsel contained in the writings of Ellen G. White” (cited in Seventh-day Adventist Church, accessed June 2, 2016).

I find this ironic, you are off the beaten path, a SDA trying to "correct" A JW, Aunty Jane.

Your video (which I have seen before, and can discuss point by point, at any given time index, if you are not a complete coward and are able to defend what you post) is wrong on many points. Starting simply:

[1] sister White is not "the founder" of the Seventh-day Adventist church. Jesus Christ is. She was a messenger of the LORD, not the LORD of the message.

[2] The video states that the Day of Atonement in 1844 was in September? No. That is according to Hillel II standardized (non-scriptural, Rabbinical) calculation. The video knows nothing of the Torah (Pentateuch, is 5 OT, Gen. to Deut, Bible) calculation, which is known that the Karaites, at that time, had a proper calculation based upon the texts, rather than rabbinical interference, which the Roman Catholic church uses (which is why their festal day, citing the Day of Atonement is usually a month off, in Sept, rather than Oct.)

Documented here: (but you don't care about truth in documented historical fact, as you live in imaginary fantasy land of your own vain imagination, believing some guy on a video, whom you've never met, nor tested, whom having no evidence other than a modern Jewish Encyclopedia, which is based in Hillel II Rabbincal calculation, even as it tells you in it).

Oh, if only you have real evidence like I (we, Seventh-day Adventists) do:

"... An excellent book which covers the calendar controversy is Karaites in Byzantium, The Formative Years, 970-1100, by Zvi Ankori. AMS Press: New York, 1968. ... Karaites consistently pressed for the actual observation of the New Moon and for up-to-date reports of the state of new crops (abib) in Palestine as the only admissible evidence for determining Rosh-Hodesh (New Moon) and the leap-year, respectively. Accordingly, they often celebrated the festivals on dates other than their Rabbanite neighbors, who had a pre-calculated calendar. ... Sometimes the barley ripened early and the Karaites' Nisan would equal the Rabbanites Adar (12th month). More frequently, the barley ripened later, so the Karaite's Nisan was equal to the Rabbanite's Iyar (2nd month), resulting in Karaite Holy Days being a month later. ..." - Richard C. Nickels - http://www.giveshare.org/HolyDay/calcont.html
For evidence of the previous statement, see: Karaites in Byzantium
-------

"... Reverse cases were even more frequent. Situations would arise in which the new grain in Palestine was reported not yet to have shown signs of ripeness in the month following Adar. A proclamation of a leap-year would follow. This meant the postponement of Passover to a date later by a whole month than the one marked on the Rabbanite calendar ..." - Karaites in Byzantium: The Formative Years, 970-1100, by Zvi Ankori (aka, Sebi Anqori), Columbia University Press, 1959, page 327 -

"... 2. REJECT RABBINICAL CALENDAR; REINSTATE MOSAIC RECKONING
A fundamental part of Anan's reform was the [198] abandonment of the fixed rabbinical calendar as contrary to the Mosaic regulations, together with reinstatement of the original form of luni-solar calendation. With the Karaites, the new year could fall on any day of the week, the Passover and the Day of Atonement frequently differing from those of the Rabbinites. This rabbinical revision or change of Jewish time (the Karaites called it a definite perversion) began under Hillel II, back in the fourth century, 52 which departure resulted in a fixed, artificial calendar tied to the vernal equinox, and thus the Rabbinites disregarded the Mosaic regulations and threw the appointed Jewish feasts usually one moon (month) too early. } ..." - The Prophetic Faith Of Our Fathers, Volume 2, Chapter Eight: Jewish Expositors Stress Rome And Year-Day Principle, IV. "... In determining the date of the holy days, Karaites deviate from Rabbanite usage in the following manner: the New Year Festival may begin on any day of the week (contrary to the Rabbanite rule, which provides for the postponement of the day of the New Year in three specific cases); as a result, the Karaite Day of Atonement does not always coincide with the Rabbanite; ..." - Encyclopedia (Online) – Karaites, section "calendar and holidays" - Karaites | Encyclopedia.com
"... The Karaite calendar, however, hearkens back to the agriculture era when the festivals were closely tied to the harvests. ... The result for everyone is that Passover stays in the spring, although you have some people in some years celebrating a month later than others. …" - A Short Comparison of the Rabbinical and Karaite Hebrew Calendars

Oh, I get such a good laugh out of these anti-Seventh-day Adventist video (and blog) things.

... 5 Day Stop smoking classes, like this one?

Oh, those, evil, evil, Seventh-day Adventists, helping people to stop sinning and destroying their God given and bought by the blood of the Son of the Father body-temples ... having medical facilities, health food factories, and bookstores that sell Bibles and books about how to live holy lives before God, and Bible study and prophecy seminars. Oh the horror ... Ahahahahaaa ... sounds more like a brochure for Seventh-day Adventist life.

As I said, it was "for the Seventh-day Adventist", and since you are not one, you are free to ignore it, as you do all the other evidence I cited.
...which makes me think, I wonder how many SDA's are in the upper echelon, not that I attack you, or the SDA.

Take some advice, keep your posts short, and don't flood some members with ream after ream of scriptural quotations, with the SDA commentaries.

I actually wrote to her (who became a Catholic). She refused to engage with me unless I BOUGHT her book. Hmmm, love of money is the root of something .... Additionally:
"... The evidence in favour of the authenticity of Mark 16:9-20 is overwhelming. The TBS publication (58) "The Authenticity of The Last Twelve Verses of...Mark" is an excellent summary, drawing mainly from Burgon, (14) p 36-40, 422-4 and Burgon's work cited by Fuller (33) p 25-130. See also Burton (5) p 62-3, Fuller (4) p 168-9, Hills (3) p 161-2, (38) p 133-4, Ruckman (2) p 132.

The TBS publication-see above-states that only 2 Greek manuscripts (Aleph and B) out of a total of 620 which contain the Gospel of Mark, omit the verses. See Burgon, cited by Fuller (33) p 60-1. Moreover, Burgon, ibid p 67, states that a blank space has been left in B, where the verses should have been but where the scribe obviously omitted them.

As further evidence in favour of the verses, Burgon (14) p423, (3) p 169, cites: 2nd Century: Old Latin and Pe****ta Syriac versions, Papias, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Tertullian; 3rd Century: Coptic and Sahidic versions, Hippolytus, Vincentius, 'Acta Pilati'-by an unknown author, Apostolic Constitutions; 4th Century: Curetonian Syriac and Gothic versions, Syriac table of Canons, Eusebius, Macarius Magnes, Aphraates, Didymus, The Syriac "Acts of the Apostles," Epiphanius, Leontius, Ephraem, Ambrose, Chrysostom, Jerome, Augustine; 5th Century: Armenian version (some copies), Codices A and , Leo, Nestorius, Cyril of Alexandria, Victor of Antioch, Patricius, Marius Mercator; 6th and 7th Centuries: Codex D, Georgian and Ethiopic versions, Hesychius, Gregentius, Prosper, Archbishop John of Thessalonica, Bishop Modestus of Jerusalem.

The TBS also cites the Philoxenian Syriac of the 5th century as containing the verses. Hills and Ruckman also cite Tatian (2nd century) as quoting the verses. Hills (3) p 162, (38) p 134, states that besides Aleph and B, the Sinaitic Syriac-from the same source as Aleph, 2 manuscripts of the Georgian version and 62 of the Armenian version omit the verses. The Old Latin manuscript k has the "short conclusion" instead of verses 9-20. See notes for NEB, NWT. Burgon (33) p 81-2, explains how this short ending has been obtained solely from Codex L, an 8th or 9th century manuscript "with an exceedingly vicious text" (ibid). Hills explains the omission of verses 9-20 from the above handful of documents as indicative of the work of heretics, especially docetists who sought to de-emphasise post resurrection appearances of the Lord from the Gospel record, ibid p 166-8, p 138-41.

Burgon (33) p 49-60 also demonstrated that the supposed adverse testimony of ancient writers is spurious, resting on a quotation from Eusebius which does NOT deny verses 9-20. Berry's Greek text supports this passage.

Let's take a look at the two "oldest and best" manuscripts that delete the last twelve verses of Mark 16. The Vaticanus (Codex B) and Sinaiticus (Codex Aleph):

The Vatican copy stops short at the end of Mark 16, verse eight. But the copiest left a blank space sufficient to accommodate the twelve missing verses! This is the only vacant column in the whole Vaticanus manuscript! It seems that the copyist knew that there was a portion missing in the copy before him. Dean John William Burgon draws the obvious conclusion that the scribe who prepared Vaticanus "was instructed to leave them out, and he obeyed; but he prudently left a blank space in memoriam rei. Never was blank more intelligible! Never was silence more eloquent!" (op. cit., p. 67, "Last Twelve Verses of St. Mark," 1871).

As for the Sinaiticus manuscript, it is written in the same-size letters throughout until you come to the place where the last twelve verses of Mark belong, then the letters become large and spread out, taking up enough extra space to allow the last twelve verses of Mark to appear in the smaller letters that had been used up until this time. The double page containing the end of Mark and the beginning of Luke was removed at an early date and replaced with the four sides rewritten to exclude Mark 16:9-20! By slightly increasing the size of the letters and spaces, the writer was able to extend his shortened version to the top of the column preceding Luke one. Tischendorf, the discoverer of the Sinaiticus copy, alleged that these pages were written by the copyists of the Vaticanus manuscript.

So much for the so-called evidence from the two "oldest" manuscripts; if anything they testify to the authenticity of the last twelve verses of Mark. ..." - Manuscript Evidence for Disputed Verses

Additionally:

"... Main line Bibles always had it: AV (KJB), HF & CR*; Tyndale, Great, Geneva, Bishops, Stephanus, Th. Beza, Elzivir bro., E, 238, 239, 440, 475-2nd. cor., 477, 486, 488, 489, 1071, & etc. ..." - Another King James Bible Believer

Brother, whoever you are, don't underestimate me.
Anyway, you and your "sect" and the offshoots of that sect are born again, all us other members, not holding to SDA doctrines, are reprobates.

Wherever there is smoke, there must be a fire, and the FACT that you think EGW "citations" is/are infallible makes me wonder re your "investigative judgement"

We are truly in the last days.

Ephesians 4:14
Verse Concepts
As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;

1 Timothy 1:18-20
This command I entrust to you, Timothy, my son, in accordance with the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you fight the good fight, keeping faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and suffered shipwreck in regard to their faith. Among these are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan, so that they will be taught not to blaspheme.

2 Timothy 2:16-18
But avoid worldly and empty chatter, for it will lead to further ungodliness, and their talk will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, men who have gone astray from the truth saying that the resurrection has already taken place, and they upset the faith of some.

Titus 1:10-11
For there are many rebellious men, empty talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision, who must be silenced because they are upsetting whole families, teaching things they should not teach for the sake of sordid gain.

Hebrews 13:9
Verse Concepts
Do not be carried away by varied and strange teachings; for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not by foods, through which those who were so occupied were not benefited.

2 Peter 3:17
Verse Concepts
You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men and fall from your own steadfastness,

Romans 16:17-18
Now I urge you, brethren, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them. For such men are slaves, not of our Lord Christ but of their own appetites; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting.

1 Timothy 1:3-4
As I urged you upon my departure for Macedonia, remain on at Ephesus so that you may instruct certain men not to teach strange doctrines, nor to pay attention to myths and endless genealogies, which give rise to mere speculation rather than furthering the administration of God which is by faith.

Galatians 1:8-9
But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!

2 Peter 2:1
Verse Concepts
But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves.

Enjoy your day

You are not here to dialogue, but to impose and harass others who don't believe like you, but then, I am a "reprobate" for not holding to SDA teachings and doctrines.
Although I don't agree with Aunty Jane on some issues, she is much more "approachable", a lesson you need to learn.

that you think EGW "citations" is/are infallible
It's like you can't read plain English, even though I told you (plenty):

[X] God And His Word Are Infallible

Bible:
Psalms 12:6 KJB - The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Psalms 12:7 KJB - Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
John 10:35 KJB - If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

Sister White:

Manuscript 38, 1887, par. 1 -

“... God is infallible. God has spoken by Solomon that He "requireth that which is past" (Ecclesiastes 3:15). He "seeks again" that which is past (marginal reading). The body of Huss was consumed. The council had done all that they could do with the man whose only crime was that he could not accept as infallible the council of Constance and he could not let their voice stand above the voice of God in His Word. ...”

The Bible, and the Bible alone, is to be our creed, the sole bond of union; all who bow to this holy word will be in harmony. Our own views and ideas must not control our efforts. Man is fallible, but God's word is infallible. Instead of wrangling with one another, let men exalt the Lord. Let us meet all opposition as did our Master, saying, "It is written." you think EGW "citations" is/are infallible
Try, actually reading this plain English:

[X] Sister White Is Not Infallible

Letter 27, May 16, 1876, par. 3 -
“... I wish that self should be hid in Jesus. I wish self to be crucified. I do not claim infallibility, or even perfection of Christian character. I am not free from mistakes and errors in my life. Had I followed my Saviour more closely, I should not have to mourn so much my unlikeness to His dear image. ...”

You keep telling us how corrupt the NWT is Enoch.....show us some examples
#10

Here we go, some more:

Luk 1:28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

Luke 1:28 in NIV and NWT, the phrase "blessed art thou among women" is not present:

The words do not occur in the following corrupted texts:

Aleph (Sinaiticus), B (Vaticanus), L, W, Psi, pc, fam 1, Syriac: pal, Coptic: sa, bo, Arm

Here is the vast extant literature which has the text in it:

"... A, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, M, N, S, U, V, X
Gamma, Delta, Theta, Lamba, Pi
053, 0135

Cursives: MAJORITY, fam 13
Old Latin: a, aur, b, c, d, e, f, ff2, l, q, r1, Vulgate
Syriac: Pes.hitta, Harclean
Coptic: Bohairic-mss
Gothic, Ethiopic

Also extant in Y, Xi, Omega?, 047, 053, 055, 0130, 0211, 0233? ..." - A Closer Look: Early Manuscripts & The A.V.; by Jack Moorman, pages 85

Additionally:

"... TAITIAN, Diatessaron (I 10:44), Gospel of Nativity of Mary (I 8:386), "blessed art thou above all women" ..." - Early Church Fathers and the Authorized Version, by Jack Moorman, page 44

Additionally:
"... Ruckman (54) p 18, states that the words are found in all four families of manuscripts and indicates they were quoted 170 years before the appearance of Aleph and B. Berry's Greek text supports this passage. ..." - Manuscript Evidence for Disputed Verses

Additionally:

"... The older Douay-Rheims of 1582 as well as the 1950 Douay both contained these words, reading: "And the angel being come in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: BLESSED ART THOU AMONG WOMEN." ... Bible translations that agree with the Traditional reading of "Blessed art thou among women" in Luke 1:28 are the following: the Latin Vulgate 382 A.D. and 405 A.D. - "benedicta tu in mulieribus", the Anglo-Saxon gospels 1000 A.D. - "þu eart gebletsud on wifum.", Wycliffe 1395 - "Heil, ful of grace; the Lord be with thee; blessid be thou among wymmen.", Tyndale 1525, Coverdale 1535 - "the LORDE is with the: blessed art thou amonge wemen.", ..." - Another King James Bible Believer

...always what you are NOT saying....
Are Ellen G. White's Writings Infallible?

By Robert K Sanders

Many Seventh-day Adventists have written to me with the belief that the mistakes made by Ellen G. White (EGW) in her writings such as Bible contradictions, failed visions, and her hypocrisy, were the result of her claim that she was not infallible. Did EGW view her writings as infallible?

Ellen G. White claimed to have the "Words of Eternal Truth". It is a shame that God did not tell Ellen which translation to use when he told her to use the language of Scripture. Perhaps if The Clear Word Bible was in print in her day, that would be the one that God would choose. Right? Those that claim that EGW's words are not infallible do not agree with EGW.

EGW: It has been presented to me that, so far as possible, I am to impart instruction in the language of the Scriptures; for there are those whose spiritual discernment is confused, and when their errors are reproved, they will misinterpret and misapply what I might write, and thus make of none-effect the words of warning that the Lord sends. He desires that the message He sends shall be recognized as the words of eternal truth." —Letter 280; 1906, page 4 (To "My Brethren and Sisters in Denver and Boulder," August 27, 1906); cited in Manuscript Releases Volume Five, page 151; Chapter Title: "Ellen White Comments on Her Work and Inspiration".

The facts are this:

EGW did not claim infallibility for herself.
EGW did claim infallibility for her Testimonies and books.
And even more, EGW considered her writings equal to the prophets and apostles.
She also claimed to have the amazing ability to tell the difference between truth and error which would make what she writes infallible.
SDA Leaders teach that EGW is infallible.

Did Ellen G. White Claim Infallibility For Herself? NO!

“In regard to infallibility, I never claimed it, God alone is infallible. His words is true, and in him is no variableness of turning.” Letter 10. 1895, 1 Selected Messages, p. 37.

Did Ellen G. White Claim Infallibility For the Testimonies? YES!

“Yet, now when I send you a testimony of warning and reproof, many of you declare it to be merely the opinion of Sister White. You thereby insulted the Spirit of God.” Testimonies 5, p.64.

E.G. White is making a claim of infallibility for her Testimonies and anyone that would question them, "thereby insulted the Spirit of God."

“In these letters which I write, in the testimonies I bear, I am presenting to you that which the Lord has presented to me. I do not write one article in the paper expressing merely my own ideas. They are what God has opened before me in vision—the precious rays of light shining from the throne.” Testimonies 5, p. 67.

“If you seek to turn aside the counsel of God to suit yourselves, if you lessen the confidence of God’s people in the testimonies He has sent them, you are rebelling against God as were Korah, Dathan, and Abriam.” Testimonies 5, p. 66.

E. G. White compares herself to Moses, when Korah, Dathan, Abriam and others rebelled against the leadership of Moses, God destroyed them (Numbers 16). EGW was always putting the fear of God in those that would rebel against her Testimonies.

Are we really doing the work of the Devil and fighting against God when we see that the Testimonies contradicts the Bible? No. We would be doing the work of the Devil by accepting the Testimonies over the Word of God.

I have to plead guilty, as I "lessen the confidence of God's people in the Testimonies," but I do not plead guilty to rebelling against God for exposing EGW's heresy. A Christian cannot serve two masters at the same time. If you accept what EGW writes which contradicts the Bible as truth, then EGW is your master.

"God does nothing in partnership with Satan. My work for the past thirty years bears the stamp of God or the stamp of the enemy. There is no halfway work in the matter. The Testimonies are of the Spirit of God, or of the devil. In arraying yourself against the servants of God you are doing a work either for God or for the devil.” Testimonies 4, p. 230.

Do me a favor, converse with the other SDA's, not me

I don’t agree with everything he is saying.
1Jn 4:1 BELOVED, DO not put faith in every spirit, but prove (test) the spirits to discover whether they proceed from God; for many false prophets have gone forth into the world.
