Wrap around to the very first post if anyone is interested in these fascinating things concerning the Word of God.

Many people have differing opinions, the main thing is, to be encouraged to pray to God and ask him to help you, understand.

This a personal deep study, of my own as i was curious, thus this came about.

You do not have to believe or accept it at all as its not forced upon you, it is just a consideration. Thank you.

It's an important distinction Pierac!
These words are addressed at the Pharisees who believed (See verse 42), but did nothing about it! They are the living examples of "enlightened rejecters". Meaning they will be responsible for resurrection and judgement which comprised 5 out of the 6 occurrences of the "last day" referred to in John.
We can miss the warnings of verses like this wasting our time with those who only want to label Jesus as _ _ _!
Enjoy

Yet.... Jesus hears from His GOD.... You can not be God and then claim to have one!!!!!

Joh 8:26 "I have many things to speak and to judge concerning you, but He who sent Me is true; and the things which I heard from Him, these I speak to the world."

Joh 8:40 "But as it is, you are seeking to kill Me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God; this Abraham did not do.

John is telling you who Jesus is....

Really and .... Revelations is a crazy book.... Just look at the first 9 words....

Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him

Who gave Him....?
Tha very God whom raised himn from the dead.... Yea, Jesus really was Dead!!!

Act 3:26 "For you first, God raised up His Servant and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways."

Really.... Jesus is God... yet also a servant???

Pay attention...
At the beginning of the Church... The apostles tell you who Jesus really is.....

Act 2:22 "Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know--

Glad to be of help,
Paul

Well what happens,

is that Jesus becomes one with his Father, just like when he was one with his Father, when he was The Word before coming separated.

That would be the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, in Revelation Chapter 4, at least in my opinion.

I wont fight about it.

It is highly considerable content, as Jesus Christ was not God - by the Flesh but by the Soul with-in is a bit of a different story.

This above, as suggested also refutes the - idea of the soul dying - or the soul not being resurrected as well.

Because Jesus died - the soul went to Sheol, or Hell, then God raised his Soul back up from the dead, again in to the Flesh of Jesus to signfy these things.

Just content to consider.

Everyone and their mother must choose for themselves and I can not force anyone to accept the view only suggest the content.

:)

There is no separation between the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit - the Son was never separate from the Father as They are One.

That is not allowed on the board to be talked about @Christophany I will enforce that rule.

What people believe though on that note is most certainly between them and God.

Thank you for anyone whom comes by to check out this curious topic.

Please refer to the first post, and draw your own conclusions as you go along.

Who is the Word of God, the Word of Life? - To the first post.

As stated many will have differing opinions but ask God about it, your Father in heaven.

Do not just believe me, or anyone for that matter, STUDY IT OUT FOR ONESELF, and may truth set you free.

People  perish for *lack of knowledge*,the gathering of information. UNDERSTANDING comes by the Spirit's  teaching &  revealing the message or mysteries of God unto us.
WISDOM comes from God, who says for us to ask & he will give it liberally !

******Wisdom is the application of the knowledge we have gathered in the understanding of the Spirit to apply it !

Discipline & correction is administered by the gentle shepherd of our souls !

We must HUMBLE Ourselves under the mighty hand of God & be willing to follow his discipline however grievous.
PROVERBS 15:10 KJV
"Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh THE WAY: and he that  hateth reproof shall die."

1 JOHN 4:18 KJV
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love."

Since the Word is God we can call Him - God the Word. Since God created everything the Word is not an it but indeed a Divine Person.

See John 17:5- the Son was together with the Father before the world existed.

Colossians 1 and Hebrews 1 like John 1 have the Son responsible for the creation of all things hence the Creator.

hope this helps !!!

Hi @Christophany

Have you went and read the study that has been done here?

If you have not, not so sure that your study is gonna be helpful to me.

If you have anything to critique please be encouraged, to just go quote the beginning and do that instead.

I have read it and I have been studying John 1 for over 40 years . It’s my favorite topic in all of the Bible the identity of God the Son- who became Incarnate as per John 1:14 and who is forever God in the flesh

You title is misleading . Who is the Word ?
Since you deny the Word is actually a Who and have made the word an it like your words from you mouth. You words are not you.

An it cannot create , an it is not eternal , an it cannot have relationship , only a Who can be without beginning, eternal, create and be in relationship .

And a solitary person you call god cannot love as it takes another person in relationship with singer person to know and experience love. It’s why God is love because the Father/Son relationship is eternal without beginning.

FYI- by continuing to post here people can read the biblical truth that the Son is Eternal and the Creator of everything hence He is called God/ YHWH numerous times in both OT and NT.

hope this helps !!!

You could be lying, though @Christophany. Idk if you truly have or not, and 40 years doesn't mean much (to me personally).

by continuing to post here, all your doing is drawing more attraction to this post.

Hope you realize that.

The truth below .

The Son is Eternal as Scripture , Jesus and the Apostles declare.

John 1:1-3
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.
All things came into being by Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.

John 1:14
14
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory

These verses in John’s prologue reveal the pre existence of the Eternal Word/Son who was God and became flesh. He was the Creator of all things. Nothing came into existence apart from Him. He is before everything that has a beginning.

John 1:15
15
John bore witness of Him, and cried out, saying, "This was He of whom I said, 'He who comes after me has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.'"

John 1:30
"This is He on behalf of whom I said, 'After me comes a Man who has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.'

John the Baptist was 6 months older than Jesus Christ. So it is impossible for Christ to be before him unless Jesus pre existed.

John 3:13
No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven — the Son of Man.

Again we see the pre existence of the Son and where He declares that He came from heaven to earth.

John 3:17
"For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him.

This verse shows the Son was sent from heaven by the Father to the earth.

John 6:38
For I have come down from heaven, not to do myown will but the will of him who sent me.

Human beings come into existence when they are born into this world, but we surely do not come from Heaven.

John 8:23
"You are from beneath I Am from above, you are of this world I Am not of this world"

John 8:58
Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I Am."

Here we see that Jesus lets the Pharisees know that He existed as a person before Abraham was born. Once again we see Jesus claiming to be the Eternal God.

John 16:28 I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.

John 17:5

And now, Father, glorify Me(your Son in verse 2) in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed.

Here we see the Son declared that He shared the same Glory together with the Father prior to creation. This passage makes Him equal with the Father as the Eternal God.

John 17:24
"Father, I desire that they also, whom Thou hast given Me, be with Me where I am, in order that they may behold My glory, which Thou hast given Me; for Thou didst love Me before the foundation of the world.

Below we read it was the Son who already existed as the Son which the Father sent into the world.

John 3:16-17
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. 17 "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him.

1 Cor 15:47 The first man [is] of the earth, earthy: the second man [is] the Lord from heaven.

Gal 4:4
But when the fulness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,

1 John 4:14
And we have beheld and bear witness that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.

In 1 John 3:8 we see that the Son of Gods appearance or manifestation was for this very purpose, that He might destroy the works of the devil. The verb φανερόω means to make manifest, appeared, to make visible or to bring to light something that was previously hidden. This clearly means that Jesus had already existed as the Son of God and He was made manifest or visible to us.

Now we also know from Johns writings that those who deny Jesus came in the flesh are the spirit of antichrist. Those who deny God became flesh and dwelt among us are deceivers. The Incarnation was permanent as we read in 2 John 7- Jesus has come in the flesh. A past action with present results.

Col 1:13-18
For He delivered us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. 15 And He is the image of the invisible God, the first-born of all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities — all things have been created by Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

Heb 1:2-3
in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. 3 And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power.

Heb 1:8
But of the Son He says,
"Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever,

Heb 5:7-8
In the days of His flesh, He offered up both prayers and supplications with loud crying and tears to the One able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His piety. 8 Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from the things which He suffered.

The question is who or what was He before the days of His flesh? It is obvious that He pre existed before His birth(days of His flesh) as the Son.

The Father sent the Son into this world and we know this as the Incarnation. Meaning God became flesh( a man). Since scripture calls the Son God then He is God manifest in the flesh. John 1:14

hope this helps !!!

Thank you for posting @Christophany

Anyone who is willingly to do a study, should do so.

They shouldn't take my word, or even Christophanys word for it.

Do it on your own by asking your Father in heaven to help you by the spirit.

As long as you have faith and love you will do well. :)

One can just ask Jesus since He is God and the very One who sends the Holy Spirit. Only God can send His spirit.

hope this helps !!!

People can be very hyper critical with their doctrines,

so be careful people out there in the world.

As people can even call you not a Christian, just because you do not submit to what they believe you need to accept in order to be right with God.

Remember this here -

You are made right with God by faith in Christ.

Romans 5:Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we[a]have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we[b] boast in the hope of the glory of God. 3 Not only so, but we[c] also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

So never let anyone try to knock you down or push you around, no matter how big or better they may think they are than yourself! Cause all of us are in need of Help that is Christ Jesus. And you should be encouraged to study on your own.

A very helpful bible I recommend is a : Thompson Chain Reference Bible - fairly cheap but sometimes the font is little, it is a very good study bible for any student of the word.

BTW there is not a single objection I have not heard from those who reject Christ as being the Eternal God and Creator
