Besides God...now I am lost as God cannot sin he is God.

I will leave someone else to answer that question you ask.
I am wondering who God is sinning against, if sin is disobedience to a command of a superior as you made mention about Adam sinning by being disobedient.
Adam did by disobeying a specific command of God
Who is God the Creator's superior that He should obey? Therefore God has indicated that He can do whatever He desires by some of the things that have been recorded from past events and future prophecy. That is, He can do what He has asked us not to do and it is not sinning. Unless He can sin against Himself. Now that's an interesting thought. Technically, the blood of His Lamb that He provided to be sacrificed would cover and remove His sin thus purifying Himself. But I don't know if He does hold anything against Himself. I'll ask Him later.

What do mean when you use the word, 'sin'?
You apparently have not read my posts!

"Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law." (1John 3:4 KJV)

For the Christian, the New Covenant believer; any law given in the New Covenant is the standard, and transgression of that is sin. The law of God has existed from the time of creation and even the Gentiles, who did not have the Mosaic Law, had the law of God written on their heart. Jesus was a Jew, living under the First Covenant, the law of Moses and the Ten Commandments; so he observed those laws perfectly and could not have sinned in that perspective, for he was not only Son of man, but of God, Yahweh himself who took on human flesh.

Fred J, I'm confused by your use of the term, word of God? Is it Word of God a Person. Then word of God a thing written down. It seems a strange thing that you would use the same term interchangeably, if one is a person and one is not a person.
Isn't Jesus the Word, and isn't He the Word of GOD?

Isn't the testimony of the Word of GOD who is Jesus, breathed out in the Old and New Testament?

For it is written, 'Who is being the brightness of GOD in Glory, and the express image of GOD in person, and upholding all things by the word of GOD in person.'

A proof here the Jesus never sinned.

28 Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift[a] up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. 29 And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” 30 As He spoke these words, many believed in Him.

He did break the sabbath laws, but He was guiltless.
This was not a sin, nor was it for the priests who profane the sabbath, or His disciples.
Christ is One who is greater than the Sabbath.

John 5:18
Therefore the Jews sought all the more to kill Him, because He not only broke the Sabbath, but also said that God was His Father, making Himself equal with God.

And keep in mind Christ always pleased the Father! So him breaking the sabbath pleased God the Father. The OC was being obsoleted.

Matthew 12

At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. And His disciples were hungry, and began to pluck heads of grain and to eat. 2 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to Him, “Look, Your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath!”

3 But He said to them, “Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, he and those who were with him: 4 how he entered the house of God and ate the showbread which was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests? 5 Or have you not read in the law that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple [a]profane the Sabbath, and are blameless? 6 Yet I say to you that in this place there is One greater than the temple. 7 But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the guiltless. 8 For the Son of Man is Lord [b]even of the Sabbath.”

He did break the sabbath laws, but He was guiltless.
He is God, and the Lord of or over the Sabbath, and too, made not man for the Sabbath. But, rather made the Sabbath for man, that one day they should rest, from the six days they've already worked.

Jesus also said, "My FATHER is always working, I too must work."

And, as a man, He did not break the Sabbath Law, when on that day, He only revived the oppressed and the dead. And, helped the needy, furthermore, those who are made clean and whole He call them to return home.

Since, they were once defiled and oppressed, and were considered unclean. Therefore, were shun from their families and society, to live outside of the city with the unclean alike.

In simple Jesus ask again, "Is restoring and making whole the oppressed sons of Abraham and sending them home is violating the Sabbath?"

Apparently, the priests too work on the Sabbath day in the Temple. And, the Jews too lead their valuable flocks to the well, for them to have a drink of water. When, evidently these too do the same work on the other six working days without rest.

On the other hand, just imagine GOD rested on the day of Sabbath, while leaving Heaven and earth to function on it's own?

In a layman's saying even, 'When the cat is away, the mouse come out to play.'

Well, being made sin for us was a great burden, because He was tempted in all points like as we are, and temptation cannot exist where there is no possibility of sin. He was also tempted with greater intensity than we, since so much was riding on His success or failure. It's impossible for most folks to accept that He could have failed, and I admit I don't fully understand it. I guess there are two basic sides to the issue as to whether it was possible for Him to sin or not. I believe it was possible, but not worth arguing about for more than a post or two - lol.

He never broke the Sabbath either as it was the rules and traditions that the Pharisees had come up with and made it a burden rather than the true purpose. Here is a good description..
'The Sabbath was to be a day in which all men ceased from their labors and gave themselves to a remembrance of the Lord.

However, the Pharisees in the days of Jesus had changed the Sabbath into something it was never meant to be. In their desire to protect and to uphold the law, they built a hedge around the keeping of the Sabbath. They had written up chapter upon chapter concerning what it meant to keep the Sabbath.
  • They said that you could only eat and egg which had been laid on the Sabbath if you killed the chicken for Sabbath-breaking.
  • A donkey could be led out of the stable on the Sabbath, but the harness and saddle had to be placed on him the day before.
  • An egg could not be boiled on the Sabbath, either by normal means or by putting it near a hot kettle or by wrapping it in a hot cloth or by putting it in the hot sand outside.
  • If the lights were on when the Sabbath came (Sabbath began at sundown), you could not blow them out. If they had not been lit in time, then you could not light them.
  • It was unlawful to move furniture on the Sabbath. There was an exception to this in that you were allowed to move a ladder on the Sabbath, but you could only move it four steps.
  • It was unlawful to wear any jewelry or ornaments on the Sabbath, since this might be construed as carrying a burden.
  • It was not permitted to wear false teeth on the Sabbath (that must have been a hit in the synagogue services).
  • You were allowed to eat radishes on the Sabbath, but you were warned against dipping them into salt because you might leave them in the salt too long and pickle them and this was considered to be Sabbath-breaking. The Pharisees actually had discussions as to how long it took to pickle a radish.
  • It was fine to spit on a rock on the Sabbath, but you could not spit on the ground, because that made mud and mud was mortar, and that was work.
  • If a woman got mud on her dress, she was to wait until it had dried and then she was permitted to crumple the dress in her hands one time and crush it and then shake it out once. If that did not do the trick, then she had to wear it.
  • They taught that you should not look in a mirror on the Sabbath because you might be tempted to pluck out a grey hair and that would be reaping....."..https://www.angelfire.com/nt/theology/lk06-01.html

What's interesting is that some of the rules they made up contained good preparation practices, but only if they were on a voluntary, individual basis. But they managed to make some otherwise good ideas part of a checklist of curses.

Pure conjecture on your part.
John records Christ as breaking the Sabbath, not written as Christ breaking the laws of the pharisees interpretations of the Sabbath.
And, Matthew 12 supports this too. Christ said priests profane the sabbath and are guiltless. Therefore they also broke the Sabbath.
Christ said it was lawful to do good on the Sabbath.

11 Then He said to them, “What man is there among you who has one sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out? 12 Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” 13 Then He said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” And he stretched it out, and it was restored as whole as the other.

To admit to the truth here, you will have to change your mind, and you are unwilling as this goes against your sect's core beliefs.

How Jesus and disciples broke the sabbath.
He did work. He healed people on the sabbath.
Disciples gathered grain on the sabbath for food

Moses told them not to gather food from the field on the sabbath.
Exodus 16:25
24 So they laid it up till morning, as Moses commanded; and it did not stink, nor were there any worms in it. 25 Then Moses said, “Eat that today, for today is a Sabbath to the Lord; today you will not find it in the field. 26 Six days you shall gather it, but on the seventh day, the Sabbath, there will be none.”

Exodus 20
8 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates.

Exodus 31:15
Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

Exodus 35
Then Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and said to them, “These are the words which the Lord has commanded you to do: 2 Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh day shall be a holy day for you, a Sabbath of rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on it shall be put to death. 3 You shall kindle no fire throughout your dwellings on the Sabbath day.”

Jesus healed many people right in front of them on the sabbath.
This was work, Christ also saying it was work on the sabbath and he says there is not a man among them that would not pull their donkey out of a hole on the sabbath, showing that they were hypocrites who also broke the sabbath.
They acknowledged his work of healing saying that it came from Beelzebub and that He had a demon.

John 5 16 For this reason the Jews persecuted Jesus, [d]and sought to kill Him, because He had done these things on the Sabbath. 17 But Jesus answered them, “My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.”

Penalty for Violating the Sabbath

32 Now while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day. 33 And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation. 34 They put him under guard, because it had not been explained what should be done to him.

35 Then the Lord said to Moses, “The man must surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.” 36 So, as the Lord commanded Moses, all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died.

So then they sought to kill Christ, but they desired to kill Christ for more than this working on the sabbath. They were also jealous.

John 5 16 For this reason the Jews persecuted Jesus, [d]and sought to kill Him, because He had done these things on the Sabbath. 17 But Jesus answered them, “My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.”

Matthew 27
15 Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to releasing to the multitude one prisoner whom they wished. 16 And at that time they had a notorious prisoner called [b]Barabbas. 17 Therefore, when they had gathered together, Pilate said to them, “Whom do you want me to release to you? Barabbas, or Jesus who is called Christ?” 18 For he knew that they had handed Him over because of envy.

How did we get from "How did Jesus keep from sinning?" to:

"Yes, He did sin."

Jesus was "born under the law."

Breaking the Sabbath would have been a sin for Him.

He knew no sin. He condemned it in the flesh.

Therefore, He did not break the Sabbath.

He never admitted to doing so; he merely taught that the Pharisees' understanding of proper Sabbath-keeping was incorrect, EVEN in the context of the law of Moses.

Simple stuff for one who does not place himself "under the law" (in the Romans 3 sense of the term) by rebelling against it.

Those who would impeach the 4th commandment at any cost will not like this but it is, nevertheless, true.

We are no longer immediately under theocratic law, under which all manner of sin was punishable by death. The "Sabbath violation must be punished by death" argument is bogus.
