All religions can be labeled a myth. They have been since their inception.

While for others they are a matter of faith, and a way of life.
And have been for thousands of years.

You don't insult Christians by labeling our faith a myth.

The first amendment guarantees your hypothetical shall not cause our children to be seized by CPS.

In reality, your community cannot say the same.

You have no Constitutional right to destroy a child's identity as an individual with a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

You have no right to deny a child's biological gender. Because their physical development coincides with their anatomy as they develop from a newborn forward.

A mentally ill guardian is able to insist their offspring is non-binary.

That guardian makes that decision for that newborn who is unable to speak in their defense. And that can be an issue.

However, when that non-binary identity is taken too far, the state has every right to step in.

Because that girl will eventually menstruate. And she shall need to know what that means.

Same with that non-binary male child who shall eventually go through puberty.

See, your community may deny nature and biology because you all prefer they don't exist. Somehow you think it causes division among you.

And of course it does. Males are not the same as females and vice versa. You don't have to agree but nature and biology don't give a care for your woke politics.
