Right.
No one chooses to be damned.

I tell you what. Spend enough time browsing and reading any active Christian discussion board and you realize, after seeing on their homepage the number of members they might boast having, there aren't that many actual Christians at all .

Actual Christians?
How are such things measured?
Is someone an actual Christian if they agree with your doctrine?

Lucifer was very familiar with God.

I'm not sure an eternal security debate isn't a moot point within the framework of UR—especially as presented in the OP.

Now, let's dance. :p
I was referring to humans that have not yet met God.
As far as I know, Lucifer has not yet been offered forgiveness.
But I think that will happen at the end of the age of restoration. IMHO
The ultimate triumph of grace. --- So, not a moot point.

No. God is love. Remember the Prodigal's father?
Errant comparison.

Remember the Medianites?
Perhaps.
It is easy to claim one hates God due to life circumstances.
But meeting the God of love face-to-face would make all the difference.

Many testimonies attest to this. Right?

Does God know who hates him?

We all hate Him, or have at one time, I suppose.
I disagree.
Seriously?
Do you Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind?
Anything less is to hate Him.

Matthew 22:37 NIV
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’

St. SteVen said:
Jesus taught us to love our enemies.
So what should he do with His?
You don't know already?
If He operates at a higher level of morality than He holds us to then He will forgive His enemies.

Matthew 5:43-48 NIV
“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.’
44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven.
He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.
46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that?
47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others?
Do not even pagans do that?
48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

You posit suppositions regarding God and his enemies.

You don't have to suppose if you read the Old Testament.
