God's Salvation is Jesus.
He is our Eternal Salvation......and within HIM......a Christian finds themselves born again.= "in Christ".
This means we are eternally joined to God and Christ.........as "One with God", and "In Christ".
Eternal Life, is JESUS.....= He is our Eternal Life, and the born again are "in Christ" and He is "" Christ in YOU".
In 1 John 5.... John teaches that "you can know that you have eternal life, and this life is IN HIS SON">....
This is why Jesus tells us that if we believe in Him, then He "gives us eternal life, and you shall never go to Hell (Perish)"..
Now the reason that many Christians are confused about this........is because they are trying to understand Eternal life, as the dictionary defines it...........as "never ending time".........or similar.
However, Eternal Life is.......>Jesus said.....>>"i have come to GIVE YOU LIFE"......and "I am The Way, The Truth, and THE LIFE">.
So, when we are born again, we are born again spiritually = as ONE with God and Christ, and they are ETERNAL, and that is why we have eternal life.
