I agree with this. Jesus being at the right hand of the Father is an expression of His position in relation to the Father. He is not below the Father, He is on equal standing with the Father. As He said, all power in heaven and earth was given to Him (Matthew 28:18).

Chapter 1 of Colossians I'll add.

Jesus Christ as the Word with God who is God is always in union with the Father. The only time that he seemed to not be was when he bore the penalty of judgment for us, for the atonement made available, on his way to where the cross would be, and on it. With his reign there will be the great approach to God's will that is to be on this earth as it is in Heaven.

He's omnipresent so he can be everywhere at once.

So Jesus will be here ruling for 1000 years with real Christians who will be ruling with Him.

And He'll be at the Father's right hand at the same time

But He must sit there at the right hand of the FATHER till all the enemies are defeated.

All his enemies will be in a position of defeat during the 1000 years since nobody will be able to oppose His rule over the nations

In reality Christ is in the highest heaven right now today.

Yes, He is bodily in paradise, which is the third heaven (2 Cor 12:2-4). So, that is where He will be coming from and He will remain at the right hand of the Father the whole time He descends from there.

Acts 3

17 “Yet now, brethren, I know that you did it in ignorance, as did also your rulers.

18 But those things which God foretold by the mouth of all His prophets, that the Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled.

19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

20 and that He may send [c]Jesus Christ, who was [d]preached to you before,

21 whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since [e]the world began.

22 For Moses truly said to the fathers, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you.

23 And it shall be that every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.’

24 Yes, and all the prophets, from Samuel and those who follow, as many as have spoken, have also [f]foretold these days.

25 You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.’

26 To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.”

Since as you say, Christ is omnipresent, then why does He return and from where does He come?

He can be everywhere at once.

Don't try to put God into your little carnal minded box, He won't fit.

Right now the Lord is seated at the Right Hand of the Father... and yet He's here among His people on earth.

Matthew 18:20
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

that He might fill all things

You forgot to accept this statement in Ephesians 4:10

You sounds like you are confused concerning the Lord's presence thru the Holy Spirit and His physical return to earth.

When He returns to earth physically in His glorified Body, he'll still be seated at the Right Hand of the Father

Trying to put the all powerful, all consuming God in to a happy little box that the carnal mind can understand won't work.

We need to understand the Lord is limitless and all things are possible with God even things we cannot see how they could be possible.

Jesus is returning and He will rule this world for a thousand years and God's Word tells us.

Once that happens we will be able to see and understand more about it when the time comes

1 Corinthians 13:12
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

The fact that Christ and God are omnipresent is not relevant to the concept of Him returning a second time.
For example that had no bearing on what the angels told the disciples after He was taken up in a cloud when HE ascended back into heaven to be with God the Father.

Acts 1

The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, 2 until the day in which [a]He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen, 3 to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many [b]infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.

Jesus Ascends to Heaven

9 Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, 11 who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

Mark 16:19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Come from where? The highest heaven where He is seated at the right hand of the Power, the Father.
And who comes back? Well scripture reads that everyone in heaven comes back with Christ, including the Father. No one is left behind.
Example
1 Thessalonians 4
The Comfort of Christ’s Coming
13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen [b]asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who [c]sleep in Jesus.
15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are [d]asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.
Matthew 26:64
Jesus said to him, “It is as you said. Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.”
Mark 14:62
Jesus said, “I am. And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.”
Mark 8:38
For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.”
Psalm 110 also says the Lord is at His right hand when He comes in the Day of His wrath to execute vengeance and fills the places with dead bodies. So there is never any separation from the Father even as Christ descends from heaven, He never leaves the Father's side, and the Father never leaves Him alone, on His own.
The Lord said to my Lord,
“Sit at My right hand,
Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”
2 The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion.
Rule in the midst of Your enemies!
3 Your people shall be volunteers
In the day of Your power;
In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning,
You have the dew of Your youth.
4 The Lord has sworn
And will not relent,
“You are a priest forever
According to the order of Melchizedek.”
5 The Lord is at Your right hand;
He shall [a]execute kings in the day of His wrath.
6 He shall judge among the nations,
He shall fill the places with dead bodies,
He shall [b]execute the heads of many countries.
7 He shall drink of the brook by the wayside;
Therefore He shall lift up the head.
Colossians 1:15
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.
John 6:46
Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from God; He has seen the Father.
While the world won't ever see the Father, they will witness the glory of the Father with Christ, when Christ descends to judge the world.
You must have forgotten or have not understood that the Holy Spirit is the Holy Spirit OF Jesus Christ.
You must have forgotten how to read. I'm talking about His body, not His Spirit. Are we waiting for the second BODILY coming of Christ or the second Spiritual coming of Christ?
So you believe Jesus will be on the earth 1000 years, separated from the Father's right hand?
But He must sit there at the right hand of the FATHER till all the enemies are defeated.
The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. That only happens at the beginning of the age of the resurrection and the new earth, after it has been tossed into the lake of fire at the great white throne judgement.
Luke 20
34 Jesus answered and said to them, “The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage. 35 But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; 36 nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.
Verses to contemplate, and I got another thought provoker.
Hebrews 1:13
But to which of the angels has He ever said: “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool”?
AMP
Jesus said, “I am; and you will [all] see the Son of Man seated [with authority] at the right hand of Power (the Father), and coming with the clouds of heaven.”
Mark 12:35-37
35 Then Jesus answered and said, while He taught in the temple, “How is it that the scribes say that the Christ is the Son of David? 36 For David himself said by the Holy Spirit:
‘The Lord said to my Lord,
“Sit at My right hand,
Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.” ’
37 Therefore David himself calls Him ‘Lord’; how is He then his Son?”
And the common people heard Him gladly.
1 Cor 15
20 But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have [d]fallen asleep. 21 For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 23 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, (Him and us joined as one reign in heaven) afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming (those alive caught up in the air to be with Him). 24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. 27 For “He has put all things under His feet.” But when He says “all things are put under Him,it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted. 28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.
Symbolism in Judaism is important when discussing things like this.
Jesus is God.
The right hand of the father is a symbolic reference to the power,hand of,God.
When Jesus reigns on earth for 1000 years this will be the fulfillment of that prophecy. God's kingdom on Earth. Because God reigns here.
Jesus said,the kingdom of God is spread across the whole earth. People just don't see it.
This is true. Because God has dominion and is sovereign over all creation.
When God reigns here openly it will be because every person in their glorified body,their awareness of spirit and their irrevocable link to spirit, is God. We will have awakened to the truth.
Now, we're asleep in the idea we are separate from God unless... And because humans think we have to work or choose for ourselves all things,God lets us think we need choose to believe in him. Even if we argue we come to him because he leads us there through no work on our part.
God knows the truth is we are eternally one with God. Because as he tells us all things are of and from him.
We live the illusion.
God's kingdom is eternally all.
Because God is eternally that creator whose powers created all.
That's why atheists are naive. Everytime they look in the mirror there's creator of them. They don't have to believe that for it to be true.
Which particular prophecy?
IF you make a study of New Testament prophecy you will realize there is no Jewish like reign on this earth for 1000 years with an earthly temple and sacrifices. All that was part of the old covenant, and it has passed away, obsoleted.
And the OC had conditional promises, dependent on what the jews did. So as we have read they did not receive the promises because they did not have faith, the did not keep their part of the covenant, so God disregarded them..
Thing is we do not look back in the kingdom of God, we look forward.
If we build again the things which God destroyed, we are found to be transgressors.
Hebrews 8
7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second. 8 Because finding fault with them, He says: “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— 9 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord.
13 In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`

see it says vanished away, it no longer is in effect.

All of the OC was written down and comes to us as an example of what we ae not to do.
1 Cor 10

Old Testament Examples

1 Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, 2 all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, 3 all ate the same spiritual food, 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ. 5 But with most of them God was not well pleased, for their bodies were scattered in the wilderness.

6 Now these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted. 7 And do not become idolaters as were some of them. As it is written, “The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.” 8 Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell; 9 nor let us [a]tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents; 10 nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer. 11 Now [b]all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our [c]admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.

So be it.
Well so should all be opposed to going back to the OC, do you know the it was a ministry of death and condemnation?
Even though holy and glorious and of God, it is no longer, it has passed away. Coin a word and call some people old covenant Christians!

2 Cor 3

The Spirit, Not the Letter

4 And we have such trust through Christ toward God. 5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, 6 who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the [a]Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Glory of the New Covenant

7 But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away, 8 how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious? 9 For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory. 10 For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels. 11 For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious.

12 Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech— 13 unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away. 14 But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. 15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. 16 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as [b]by the Spirit of the Lord.
