That was from Post #41...
One point at a time.
Now, you show me where I am wrong.
Romans 2:28–29?
Paul, who was a Jew, was teaching the Gentile Roman believers principles of what constituted true Judaism.
That the legalism of Judaism as they had been accustomed to seeing was not something to be emulated.
That what the Romans had been used to seeing was not true Judaism, but seeing the fruit of legalistic Pharisaism.
That is why Paul was teaching them the following verses...
Romans 2:28–29
A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical.
No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit,
not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.
Paul was teaching the Gentile Roman believers about Jews, and how a Jew should have been living at that time. That the Jews they saw were not living as a Jew should have lived in order to please God.
Paul was not teaching the Romans to be as Jews. Paul was just correcting their misconception they were having been exposed to by Pharisaically influenced Jews.
Now?
Prove me wrong.
Easily and with little effort...
This is exactly how false theology crumbles when exposed to the raw, undiluted Word of God.
You claim Paul was “just teaching Gentiles how Jews should behave.”
That Romans 2:28–29 is merely a correction of legalistic Pharisees.
That’s not just wrong — it’s a complete evasion of what the text actually says… and what it
destroys.
As if Paul is saying, “Hey Gentiles, don’t judge those Jews too harshly, they’re just a little legalistic.”
No.
Paul wasn’t defining how a Jew should live.
He was redefining
who the Jew even is.
“Not all who are descended from Israel belong to Israel.”
That’s not a rebuke of bad manners — it’s a rejection of entire genealogical frameworks.
He says — the true Jew is the one with a circumcised heart,
the one indwelt by the Spirit,
the one reborn —
not of flesh, but of promise.
Paul didn’t say the Pharisee was misguided, he revealed that those who trust in the flesh aren’t even counted as Jews in God’s eyes.
Let that land.
This wasn’t a lesson in behavior, it was a
revolution of identity.
It was Paul, inspired by the Holy Spirit, lighting a theological nuke and dropping it right on the temple of ethnic privilege.
This wasn’t Paul correcting Jewish customs, it was the
final eulogy of flesh-based covenant theology.
And he said it
clearly:
Not a Jew outwardly.
Not by flesh.
Not by law.
Not by lineage.
Not by Abraham’s blood.
Not by circumcision.
But by the Spirit.
If you are in Christ — then,
and only then — are you Abraham’s seed and heir to the promise.
Your interpretation doesn’t merely miss the point — it strategically evades it.
(Exactly as Darby and Scofield engineered it to; in the footnotes from the Pit.)
Romans 2:28–29 isn’t a critique of Pharisees.
It’s the Spirit of God drawing a line in the sand and saying:
“The covenant people are not who you think they are.
They are those in Christ — and only those in Christ now.”
This is what the apostles believed.
It’s what every Christian on earth believed for 1,900 years.
And everything —
everything — that Scofield built, that the Zionist propaganda machine upholds, that modern evangelicalism bows to?
It all
collapses under this verse.
This is where flesh dies.
This is where the promise lives.
And if you’re still clinging to blood and race and tribe?
You’re not just in error —
You are standing on the
wrong side of the line Paul drew.
Paul, by the Spirit, revealed the true nature of Israel — not based on ethnicity,
but on spiritual rebirth.
Romans 2:28–29 —
A Jew is one inwardly, by the Spirit.
Romans 9:6–8 —
Not all descended from Israel belong to Israel.
Galatians 3:29 —
If you are in Christ, you are Abraham’s seed.
Faith —
not flesh — now determines covenant identity.
What Darby and Scofield taught...
In the 1800s, John Nelson Darby laid the groundwork.
In 1909, Cyrus Scofield baptized it with Oxford’s press.
Together, they invented and spread
Dispensationalism, a system that:
Separates Israel and the Church permanently.
Preserves special promises for ethnic Jews, regardless of faith.
Redefines the Gospel into a two-track plan: one for Jews, one for Gentiles.
Ignores or twists scriptures like Romans 2:28–29 to preserve "ethnic supremacy" —
directly contradicting the New Testament at every level.
This is why the Holy Spirit, speaking through Paul, warned us plainly in Titus 3:9: ‘
Avoid foolish questions, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law — for they are unprofitable and vain.’”
God Himself made it plain: tribal lineage has no covenant value anymore.
Scofield’s footnotes didn’t just distort Scripture, they laid the foundation for a theology of deception.
These weren’t just mistaken ideas, they were forged in rebellion against the Gospel itself.
This was not a passive mistake.
It was a
calculated framework built to reshape Christian theology around Zionism, racial distinctions, and end-times manipulation.
It flipped Paul’s Gospel upside down — not by accident,
but by design.
And the result?
It brainwashed Christians into marching straight down the wide road.
It assured Jews they were in covenant, while keeping them outside of salvation.
It misled Christians into thinking that the Body of Christ wasn't Israel. (
Something every Christian believed for nearly 2000 years)
It told ethnic Jews they were saved
without Christ — a lie that damned souls.
It replaced the Gospel with a geopolitical idol.
It turned the Church into a cheering section for the flesh & war and silenced the call to repentance.
And worst of all...
It made millions believe they were in covenant with God,
while they were still outside of Christ — and outside the promise.
No Christian
on earth believed these lies before the 1800s — when Darby birthed them, Scofield canonized them, and Rockefeller helped finance their global spread.
The Scofield Reference Bible — leather-bound, gold-leafed, and engineered to deceive the world; it became the theological torpedo that struck the American Church in 1909. Oxford University Press didn’t just publish the Scofield Bible — they
built brand-new printing facilities in America just to manufacture it (imagine that). It was the first time in history a theology was mass-produced with the backing of international banking, British academia, and American pulpits… all in one unholy alliance.
