The Day of the LORD
While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
>This is actually happening right now!
And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
>Have you completed anything yet?
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.
>
This day has not come yet, otherwise it would have been historically documented!
And the haughtiness of man shall be humbled, and the lofty pride of men shall be brought low, and the Lord alone will be exalted in that day.

Hasn't happened yet, we still see haughty men ... don't you?
“At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book.
>70 AD was a Tribulation for the Jews a million killed and many fled; but the above passage concerns "a time of trouble" that has never existed. WW2 saw 6 million Jews exterminated - that was greater. This time hasn't happened yet.
Remember, then, what you received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come against you.

The Second Coming of Christ DID NOT HAPPEN YET!
Waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and the heavenly bodies will melt as they burn!

This would be the final destruction of the 1ST earth and 1st heavens at the end of the Millennial Kingdom ( of which you do not believe in).
Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you. For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. But you are not in darkness, brothers, for that day to surprise you like a thief. For you are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness. ...

Joel 2:1-2
Blow the trumpet in Zion,
And sound an alarm in My holy mountain!
Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble;
For the day of the Lord is coming,
For it is at hand:
2 A day of darkness and gloominess,
A day of clouds and thick darkness,
Like the morning
clouds spread over the mountains.
A people
come, great and strong,
The like of whom has never been;
Nor will there ever be any
such after them,
Even for many successive generations.

The size of the Roman army, headed by Titus in 70AD, who destroyed Jerusalem was about 60k. They killed about 1 million Jews.
There will be tens of millions ( if not more) of dead soldiers after Armeggedon. The aftermath of Armageddon describes blood up to a horse bridle for 180 miles. The Valley of Meggido is app. 140 square miles. That filled with dead bodies side by side would amount to at least 140 million and that is 1 level. Then they may make piles of them "up to a horses bridle" = 5 ft high.

Isaiah 13:4
The noise of a multitude in the mountains, Like that of many people! A tumultuous noise of the
kingdoms of nations gathered together! The Lord of hosts musters The army for battle.
Joel 3:2
I will also
gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.

Notice God will gather many nations, not just the Roman Empire ... Though in our generation, in 1949 and 1967, many nations were gathered against Israel, but not with a death toll as is mentioned in Meggido.
Zechariah 12:3
And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though
all nations of the earth are gathered against it.
Zechariah 14:2
For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem; The city shall be taken, The houses rifled, And the women ravished. Half of the city shall go into captivity, But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
Joel 3:14
Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.
Rev. 16:12-16
Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed
is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.
And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.
