I posted all the scriptures pertaining to speaking in tongues because you obviously need to be educated on the topic as usual.
It is so frustrating to talk to someone that is clueless.

You are saying that we cant understand "prayer language. That contradicts Paul saying when he prays he does have understanding

"Groanings that CAN'T be Uttered"........= can't be understood by the mind or spoken (Uttered) as a known language.
This is a spiritual intimacy only.
A prayer language, is edification for the person who is doing it.

If you are saying Romans 8:26 groanings cant be uttered how can it be understood. Edification requires understanding what is being communicated, so how is this edifying?

It can't be understood......is what the verse says.
Its a prayer language, not the Gift of Tongues
Right it cant be understood, so how does it edify? You said it was for self edification. To be edified means to be given knowledge or understanding, which means you have to understand. Please explain how groanings can edify.
I still dont know what spiritual intimacy is, please explain

It edifes the same way that praise and worship edifies., or any other type of 1<>1 spiritual intimacy you are experiecing with God in your alone time with Him.
This is not a public situation......its a intimate and private situation.
Just you and God and Jesus.
Ephesians 6:18

Here is what I just posted about Romans 8:26 for your consideration
[Romans 8:26 KJV] 26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
We need to look at this verse another way. The prevalent way to understand this verse is to think the Spirit is making intercession for us with groanings; the Spirit is the one groaning.
This may not be the case. It could be that we are the ones groaning.
[Romans 8:18 KJV] 18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time [are] not worthy [to be compared] with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
This passage is about our sufferings.
The Spirit intercedes between God and us when we are suffering from our infirmities and don't know what we should pray for. He intercedes for us in response to, and along with, our groanings which we can't utter in prayer.
We groan when we suffer in these bodies and wait for the redemption of our bodies.
It is our groanings, not God's, that is found in scripture.
[Romans 8:22-23 KJV] 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23 And not only [they], but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, [to wit], the redemption of our body.
[2Corinthians 5:2, 4 KJV] 2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: ... 4 For we that are in [this] tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
