Honestly, if you’re going around making those kinds of claims, I don’t think you should even be on here. That’s not humility—that’s charlatan behavior.


And then to say, “The Bible says I am, and God says so, so no one can question me”—that’s dangerous.


Because scripture warns us: “Let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment” (James 3:1). And “Test the spirits to see whether they are from God” (1 John 4:1).


No one is above discernment. No one is beyond accountability. If someone claims divine authority, they better walk in truth, humility, and love—not self-exaltation.

But yes, now followers of Christ (those born again of the spirit of God) have the Holy Spirit within them. But that is not "all flesh." Nor, even among those who have the Holy Spirit, is the Spirit of any measure beyond what they believe.

In other words, if one does not believe that the Holy Spirit entering into them is Jesus and the Father and the Holy Spirit as One--which They are--then they do not have the full Spirit or knowledge of Christ..."by that same measure"...until they do, if not now, then only when they see Him face to face.

I have already told him to google "synecdoche" as it is a common aspect that sometimes applies when the bible uses "All" It like a metaphor "we went to the school dance and "everyone" was there. Everyone in that sense didn't mean the entire world. It was just a synecdoche.

That makes sense, considering "all the town gathered and seen Jesus" - but not every single individual really went to see him. The writings of the Jews is always big and eventful haha. Yet you gotta think about those things when you read as well. Critical thinking is very helpful.

Here’s what I know—there are a lot of people out there making claims that don’t hold water.
So let’s keep it simple: I’ll leave you be, and I ask the same in return. I’d rather let God handle it.
I’m not here to accuse you of anything you’ve said about yourself. Who am I to point fingers—at you, or at God? That’s not my place.
I trust Jesus and the apostles far more than any self-proclaimed authority.

These are the times for which Jesus gave the above warning--because He was then going to the Father and would send the Holy Spirit. And what did He say to and of those He sends?

Jesus gave this warning not because He would send the Holy Spirit, He gave this warning to the religious leaders who were trying to turn people away from Him, by attributing His undeniable miracles to an "unclean spirit", that being the blasphemy, calling the Holy Spirit "unclean".

You may claim a divine authority to speak as you do, however, your words do not harmonize with the Scriptures. I appreciate much that you say, but I cannot go along with this.

The Holy Spirit is the power of God poured out upon all flesh--both on the good and on the evil. With which comes the terms regarding blasphemy. Add to that, Jesus saying, to and of those He sends "it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you."
