Jesus also taught baptism....He told the Apostles to baptize all nations in the Great commission. Matthew 28:19
Right but this will be fulfilled in the earthly kingdom. Believing Israel and Gentiles later had to be baptized to inherit the kingdom and justify God..............[Luk 7:29-30 KJV] 29 And all the people that heard [him], and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John. 30 But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.
Water baptism was to remit Israel's sin to be cleansed for the kingdom

I don't see any difference yet.
Not preaching the cross, but only his name is NOT different?
Jesus and the twelve preached the gospel of the kingdom, NOT different?
Preaching water baptism for the remission of sins and not the blood is NOT different?

What Bible translation do you use?
I guarantee that is why you dont know what the new covenant is
Don't try to flatter yourself and deviate to translation errors and claiming to be the new covenant genius.

We perceive the nature of a 'fox', as Jesus referred to Herod and likeness, and to know a tree by it's fruit.

Readers,

Apparently many of us know what a covenant is, besides new, old or so in the Holy Bible.

Two major covenants old and new GOD made with Israel, besides the covenants HE made with the fathers.

The major old covenant GOD made through Moses with the Israelites after their salvation from Egypt, is the Law and the Prophets and Jews failed miserably.

It was still effective until Jesus proclaimed, "it is finish" in fulfillment, and died on the Cross.

But prior to that Jesus discipled His chosen disciples by GOD, doctrine of the Kingdom of GOD pertaining to the New Covenant.

Since now GOD HIMSELF was Shepherding HIS lambs and sheep Israel, and towards the end HE claim to make a new covenant with them at the 'Last Supper'.

Therefore after His death and resurrection, and when the Law and the Prophets have been fulfilled as of the old covenant, the new covenant comes into effect henceforth from the day of Pentecost.

Whether born again Jews or Gentiles, both are 'coheirs' of the New Covenant as one body of Christ of the Kingdom of GOD in these last days.

Shalom in the name of Lord Jesus Christ

There is no gospel of works.
Readers, pls check out the 'irony' of one continuing in 'fallacy', and GRACE ambassador is on a 'spell', i guess.

The Gospel according to Matthew in the Holy Bible depicts, in the beginning stage Jesus was discipling the chosen 12 who are already born again and saved.

And even the crowd heard Him, from the Sermon on the Mount beginning from Matthew chapter 5 and onward.

Continuing, He then instructed them further in Matthew chapter 7 itself, saying in general, 'everyone' who are 'hearers' and 'doers' of His word/teaching, for such are liken unto a wise builder.

And on the other hand, one who hears and does not, are furthermore liken unto a foolish builder, He concludes. (Since they're called to be hearers and doers of His word/teaching, therefore are liken unto wise builders, relates to, 'faith with works')

This is the New Covenant GOD is making with all born again and saved Israel first before the Gentiles, hence to be hearers to the word/teaching of GOD through Christ and doers as well, as also relating to faith with works.

This is just after they've been already saved by grace and through faith the gift of GOD and not of works, since the preaching of John the Baptist for repentance and water baptism for the remission of sins.

John also preached of another person greater than he is to come and will baptize them with Holy Ghost and Fire. (But Jesus did that only on the day of Pentecost, but prior to that He discipled them (from Matthew ch. 5) about the Kingdom of GOD pertaining to the New Covenant HE's making)

The 'shortsighted' babes in Christ wannabe geniuses today unable to differentiate in the Gospel itself, about before being born again and saved into the Kingdom of GOD dogma.

And between, after being born again and saved into the Kingdom of GOD dogma, beginning from the sermon on the Mount from Matthew chapter 5 and onward.
It depends on what is meant by saved. Israel was saved unto eternal life by believing on Jesus's name, that he is Christ, the Son of God.
How about after being born again and saved and now they are merely inside the gates to the Kingdom of GOD?

Didn't Jesus add, ahead the path is narrow and the way is hard to GOD's dwelling, and only a few make it, and He cried?

Are you the 'few' by Pauline's Gospel alone will make it?

After the 12 got born again and saved, their discipleship with Christ for more than 3 years were for nothing and in vain, and even the commission?

This is because you folks are from the Paulin sects and abide alone by Paul's short burst Gospel, which apparently will get you soon 'shipwrecked'.
Believing Israel was saved by works to inherit entrance into the kingdom on earth
Seriously kid?

What are these 'tower of babel' of yours?
If you follow Paul you are following Christ..............[1Co 11:1 KJV] 1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also [am] of Christ.
Why, if we follow the Gospel according to Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and of Paul in context, we're not following Christ?

I dont know what you are asking
You posted 2 corinthians 11:4

1 I wish that you would bear with me in a little foolishness; but indeed you are bearing with me.
2 For I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy; for I betrothed you to one husband, so that to Christ I might present you as a pure virgin.
3 But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.
4 For if one comes and preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted, you bear this beautifully.

Paul is saying that he bethrothed the Corinthians to one husband...
Jesus.

There is only one husband, one bride.

Also, verse 4 is saying that the Corinthians seem to have accepted a DIFFERENT gospel...
which means that there is only one.

Of course it was revealed to Paul that in this dispensation Jesus redeemed all not just Israel. That doent negate the fact that Jesus came only to save Israel during the dispensation of his earthly ministry. Even Paul said he came only to Israel..................[Rom 15:8 KJV] 8 Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises [made] unto the fathers:
So are you saying that Jesus changed His mind when He said:

Acts 1:6-8
6 So when they had come together, they were asking Him, saying, "Lord, is it at this time You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?"
7 He said to them, "It is not for you to
know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority;
8 but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My
witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth."

Wouldn't you say that the OTHER SHEEP are those in the remostest parts of the earth?

What!
Jesus said to teach and baptize all nations.

So according to you we can TEACH all nations,,,
but we cannot BAPTIZE all nations?

When the NT clearly teaches baptism for the remission of sins.

The more I hear of this Doug,,,
the worse it gets.

This only proves that the other translations translate incorrectly
Jesus did not say anything about the new covenant at the last supper He said the new testament.........[Mat 26:28 KJV] 28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.,,,,,,,,,,Hebrews states what his death accomplished........[Heb 9:15 KJV] 15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions [that were] under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance............Christ is mediator of the new testament that requires the death of the testator, which a covenant does not require death to be in effect

Not preaching the cross, but only his name is NOT different?
The cross is in Isaiah. 700 years before Christ.
Jesus DID say He would die for 3 days and the be resurrected.
John 2:19
19 Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."

But, of course, Jesus was teaching only for now,,,the cross would come later.

However...
Jesus also said that if He is raised up He will draw ALL men to Himself.
John 12:32
32 "And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to Myself."

The cross was always part of the preaching/teaching.
It's as if you refuse to see it.
Jesus and the twelve preached the gospel of the kingdom, NOT different?
Preaching water baptism for the remission of sins and not the blood is NOT different?
Your Kingdom and the Kingdom I'm speaking of are different.

As to baptism and blood for forgiveness....
Blood is necessary for the forgiveness of sin.
Baptism is the sign of the New Covenant and is necessary to belong to it.
(some theologians believe the Eucharist is the sign..either could be debated).

If you follow Christ according to Matthew Mark Luke and John you are following what was for Israel.

Jesus revealed to Paul how we should follow him in this dispensation

Old Covenant for the Old Testament.
New Covenant for the New Testament.

Same meaning....they are correlated.

I'll add that in other languages COVENANT is used.

Nothing more to say about the sheep
They were to go to the nations with the gospel of the kingdom. The kingdom was interrupted by this dispensation of grace but will resume

i dont know what to say sorry
Not much more to say Doug.

Let me make this absolutely clear for you and those reading along...

ANY teaching that has come about in the past 200 years, or even a couple of hundred added,,,
cannot be orthodox Christian teaching.

ALL of what we need to know about the New Testament was completed in the first couple of hundred years after Jesus left.

Dispensationalism is a new teaching by the same person that taught the rapture...
which ALSO is not found in the NT, and also was not taught in the early church.

So this will be my last post to you.

The cross was always part of the preaching/teaching.
It's as if you refuse to see it.
What it would accomplish was not made known. It was only prophesized
The eunuch didnt understand Isiah.............[Act 8:30-31 KJV] 30 And Philip ran thither to [him], and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? 31 And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.

What!
Jesus said to teach and baptize all nations.

So according to you we can TEACH all nations,,,
but we cannot BAPTIZE all nations?

When the NT clearly teaches baptism for the remission of sins.

The more I hear of this Doug,,,
the worse it gets.
We arent sent to the nations to preach the gospel of the kingdom which required water baptism

Nothing more to say about the sheep
They were to go to the nations with the gospel of the kingdom. The kingdom was interrupted by this dispensation of grace but will resume
There is a Kingdom right here right now...spiritual in nature and to which all that are in the Body of Christ belong.

There is another Kingdom that will reign with Jesus as head at the end of the world...
This is also known as the New Jerusalem.

There is no other Kingdom other than these two.
