YHVH(Jehovah) gets worship, he alone is God. Jesus is Gods son, a son is never his own Father. Jesus is his image. The way to obey God is by being a doer of His character traits, which is also the way to worship Him.

The Bible often uses the same words to describe the character traits of God as it does to describe the character traits of God's instructions, which is because it is God's instructions for how to be a doer of His character traits, such as with it being holy, righteous, and good (Romans 7:12) or with justice, mercy, and faithfulness being weightier matters of the law (Matthew 23:23).Perhaps obedience to God has nothing to do with modeling his character traits?
If this is true, wouldn't disobedience be the opposite?

Jesus served the God Israel served= a single being=YHVH(Jehovah) as do all true followers.Follow-up to the "Is Universalism Orthodox."[?] topic.
What is this thing with accusations of unorthodox,
heretic, heterodox, pagan, etc. Seems like blatant tribalism to me.
Us versus them. When will we ever learn?
So, was Jesus orthodox?
Or did he operate outside the realm of the orthodoxy of his day?
Was he a heretic by their standards?
Perhaps being heterodox is WAY underrated. Do we worship the status quo?
Did that make Him orthodox?Jesus served the God Israel served= a single being=YHVH(Jehovah) as do all true followers.
Orthodox is the man-made status quo. What is "orthodox" specifically? One must clearly define this word, and in this case, the OP must do so. Until the word is defined commonly, the question can't be answered. It's obvious by the scriptures that Christ fulfilled the law. Is orthodoxy the law or is it the practice of the Jewish traditions of the day predicated upon the law, or what? Scripture tells us the law was good but that man could not comply. So what here is meant by orthodox by the question posed? What is meant by "orthodox (or Baptist)"? The question doesn't make sense to me.
I thought it was serious and didn't find it funnyOrthodox is the man-made status quo.
The topic title was tongue-in-cheek.
You may need to get a sense of humor.
Do you think that Jesus was orthodox according to the status quo of his day and place? (1st century Judaism)I thought it was serious and didn't find it funny
Dumb question which was my initial thoughtDo you think that Jesus was orthodox according to the status quo of his day and place? (1st century Judaism)
Or was He Baptist? - LOL
If you are claiming that Jesus was orthodox, why did they crucify Him?Dumb question which was my initial thought
How smart is a person that can't answer a dumb question?Dumb question which was my initial thought
How dumb is a person that asks a dumb question, repeatedly, eh?How smart is a person that can't answer a dumb question?
The questions are only dumb to you.How dumb is a person that asks a dumb question, repeatedly, eh?

The word "tolerate" is so curious in this sense.Notice the scripture says people will no longer tolerate sound doctrine.
That time is now.The word "tolerate" is so curious in this sense.
Infers that at some point sound doctrine becomes intolerable. - LOL
