The Bible does not teach two churches with two destinies.
You are right in that there is no verse that says that.
Actually, I claim there are three churches
#1 the church in the wilderness..............[Acts 7:38 KJV] "This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and [with] our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:"..............this was the congregation of the people Israel given the word of God/the covenants/and instruction in worship. God made promise to them to become a kingdom/to inherit the land forever/that there would be one to sit on David's throne forever
#2 The little flock church in Jerusalem...........[Romans 15:8 KJV] "Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises [made] unto the fathers:".........Jesus came to prepare Israel to inherit the promised kingdom............
[Exodus 19:5 KJV] "Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth [is] mine:"
[Exodus 19:6 KJV] "And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These [are] the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel."...........They will reign on the earth............
[Revelation 20:4 KJV] "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years."
[Revelation 20:5 KJV] "But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This [is] the first resurrection."
[Revelation 20:6 KJV] "Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years."
#3 The body of Christ.........The body of Christ was formed to reveal mysteries that were hidden in God until revealed to Paul.............[Colossians 1:27 KJV] "To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:"
