But why a state? Well, we shouldn't expect Israel to be regathered in this day and age and not become a nation-state. But it's important because it sets the stage for certain end-time events. One is the spiritual restoration of Israel. How is that accomplished? The enemies of Israel will come against her, and God will defend her, revealing Himself in the process. As Israel's enemies push them toward God, God will be pulling them toward Him. They will first come to acknowledge God again and then at the last acknowledge Jesus as their Messiah. In the end, all Israel will be saved (Rom 11:26). But here's the important point: there is a physical restoration BEFORE there is a spiritual restoration. The nation-state of Israel is a means to that end.

The name Israel as a "state" or "nation" during these modern times--doesn't matter either. It still means not believing Jesus saying "It is finished" regarding the house of Israel for which He has come.

As for the spiritual restoration of Israel--what did you think "finished" meant? Rhetorical--I know what you and most think. But even if you had believed what He said--you have still not believed Paul's confirmation, saying, "For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep" (1 Thessalonians 4:15). Do you not know that if those of the first century did not precede Israel most of whom were asleep at that time--that Paul was also saying "It is finished" regarding Israel?

Many have explained away these things--but those are the teachings of foretold "false teachers" that would come causing the "believing of a lie" and "strong delusion." But the time for seeing the "lie" and getting back to fully believing Jesus--is now very short. And now you have no excuse...which is the burden placed upon "this" generation.

1.The left hated Trump with all of their being from the get-go back in 2016.

2. Every president supports Israel- even the left.

Also, Israel is not the cause of all wars in the Middle East. That's hyperbole. Any wars that Israel has been involved in has been because of one thing: the Muslims' refusal to accept a Jewish state, period. Muslims believe once they conquered land, it belongs to them forever. But the fact that Israel is still standing should tell you something. It was prophesied that once they were regathered, they would not be uprooted again (Amos 9:15). That has proven true.

That's getting back into the realm of conspiracies. They didn't actually create anything. They tried, but it was rejected by the Arabs. The British eventually packed up their bags and left when the British Mandate expired. The state of Israel only exists because the Jews fought a war and won, not because of some resolution or declaration.

By the way, there were a dozen or so new states that were created after World War 1. Why does no one ever say that about Poland or Iraq or any of those others? It's only ever Israel where conspiracies abound. But let's say you're right. God still uses men's intentions, whether they be good or bad, for His divine purposes, just like He did with Joseph's brothers.
