You still miss the point....
Oh I get your, um, “point”… <chuckles>

even if Jesus returns in this symbolic way...Jesus didn't leave in this symbolic way.
There’s nothing symbolic about His ascension (it was what it was) or His return (it will be what it will be. The manner in which His return is portrayed ~ the imagery given to John in that particular vision in Revelation 19 ~ conveys to us the power, the conquest, and the finality of His return.

Jesus left not riding a white horse…
…and will return in the same manner.

and with no symbolism.
Right; it will be what it is (to put it very mildly), sure.

Grace and peace to you.

Matthew was the only one to mention it because knowledge comes by “precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little”.
If you would read Isa. 28:9-13 in context, you would discover that what you quoted is a negative comment by God about OC Israel, revealing that He can only teach them like that of an infant ("baby steps").

Even today, they are still at the breast drinking milk.
This is true of everyone who does not have the permanent indwelling of God's Holy Spirit. Please read John 7:38-39 and all of 1 Cor. ch. 2.

Yes it was a negative comment about Israel and it still applies to people of today so that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

No.
I don't now why Matthew was the only guy to mention the bodies being unearthed.
On the other hand, you would think one of the 4 would have written about the white horse Jesus left on...IN FACT...Mark wrote about the ascension...19 After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.....Mark didn't mention a white horse. Why not???
Even Luke had a 2nd chance to mention the white horse in his gospel...but he didn't.... 51 While He was blessing them, He left them and was carried up into heaven. ....Once again no white horse.
If you would study the four gospels in synopsis, you will discover that God used each of the gospel writer's thoughts, experiences and OBSERVATIONS to describe for us ALL the details about Jesus' first manifestation. For the short 3.0 yrs. that Jesus was with them in the flesh, God the Father impressed upon their minds the things they shall recall, of which Jesus did say that all these things would be brought back to their Remembrance. John 14:26

So then, we must understand that what each writer wrote, is exactly that which they each recalled, even though it was not an experience/observation of the other three.

Edit: on another note, you wrote: "I don't now why Matthew was the only guy to mention the bodies being unearthed."
Unearthed??? Why are you negating the reality of those who were DEAD for a long time "under the altar" of the OC. (Mat. 27:50-54; Rev. 6:9-11)? They were STILL WAITING for "the Promise to come", but did follow immediately after "the First Resurrection", who was Christ Himself??
All of them were once written in the Book of Remembrance (Malachi. 3:16-18), but now, they are written in the Book of Life, who is Jesus ever since He was "glorified", aka Resurrected.

<smile>

I don’t lie. Lying bad! <chuckles>

<eye roll>. Right back atcha, Davy.

Grace and peace to you.

I believe you are a FAKE, kind of like what Trump says about fake news. Looks like you're back to my Ignore List! And yeah, my Ignore List is getting back to where it was before un-Ignored everyone that was once on it, thinking to give those another chance. But like God's Word says, can a leopard change its spots?

You have no idea how much I don’t care. <smile>

Yeah don’t care. That says way, way more about you and the kind of… person… you are than anybody or anything else.

But like God's Word says, can a leopard change its spots?
Oh, that’s good, something to agree on to end it. <smile> Cool.

Grace and peace to you.

Ok prove it lol. What does the white horse in Revelation represent?

Is it the white horse in Zechariah? Probably so. And if it is then how do you know that spirit wasn’t there at the ascension?
i KNOW , i KNOW the Answer = Can you guys figure it out???
