Christians have God's many promises.
Acts 16:31 Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you'll be saved, you and your family!
IOW, when those in authority over another (e.g parents over their children) allow wickedness, then those children will suffer the consequences. Spiritual Warfare 101.
Such does not negate the consequences of sin. Rather, many promises are conditional. For example, if God's people humble themselves, pray, seek his face, and turn from wicked ways, then he will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. (2 Chr. 7:14)
God's promises overrule EVERYTHING! I.E. John 3:16.
Many in churches will lose their families FOREVER because they sit in church listening to a preacher. And get home and never STUDY the Bible! IOW they're too lazy to please God! They have more important things to do.

20 For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
Well yeah, that's what Christians do.
John 3:16 contains a conditional promise. The text states that eternal life is granted specifically to "whoever believes in him". While God's love for the world is freely given, the specific outcome - avoiding destruction and gaining eternal life - is contingent upon the individual's active belief or faith in Jesus Christ.

Belief without obedience is incomplete or "dead". Faith without works or obedience is inactive and useless. True belief or faith naturally inspires action and change...
So, in the context of this thread, continued use of a deleterious cell phone may be considered as willful disobedience.
I never said I "don't believe" either of those verses. Both are truth.
Not only will "belief" not protect one from the consequences of deleterious cell phone usage, but such usage may eventually result in one's falling away from his "belief."
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils (1 Tim. 4:1)
"In the latter times" or future days, some people will leave or walk away from true Christian belief because they will listen to false, misleading spirits and teachings inspired by devils...
Here is but one example (under 10 minutes) of a "seducing spirit" of A.I. attempting to lure a young man away from his belief (start at the 11-min. mark).

God does not condone or approve of evil.
Again, some promises are unconditional gifts of grace (like the promise never to flood the earth again), while others are conditional and require human faith, obedience, or repentance to receive the active blessing i.e. covenantal.
Churchy-types are programmed by their hireling pastors with certain buzz words, which they then toss around like talismans e.g. "promises."

The subject is the danger of cell phones. My comments are to help God's people be safe by His promises. Why does that upset you?
It doesn't "upset" me. Why would you presume it does? What people don't care for is your inability to address the topic and rather use excuses to justify doing right in your own eyes (Pro. 21:2).
This thread contains copious documentation on the harmful effects of cell phones. "God's promises" won't protect you from your willful choice to contenance the admittedly accursed thing.
From the OP:
Went to the local farmer's market recently. An acquaintance, a young man, anxiously approached me to proclaim that he had started experiencing heart palpitations. He rushed to the doc's, only to be told that it was a precursor to a heart attack. As he related his story, I asked him where his cell phone was. He reached into his shirt pocket and pulled it out.
