I always capitalize the Word of God in the same way I capitalize Christ. Why? Because Christ is God who is the Word, the Word that became flesh and dwelt among man. We preach the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ preaching from the written Word. When we believe in the Word, we believe in Christ who gives us power to become sons of God. Being born again of His Spirit we both know and enter the Kingdom of God in Heaven through the power of the Word and Spirit. That's why Christ says to know and enter the Kingdom of God man "must be born again."
Joh 1:1 ¶ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Joh 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Joh 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
Joh 1:11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
Joh 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Joh 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Ro 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
Ro 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Ro 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:17 (KJV) So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the [Gospel of Christ] word of God.
