Is the following a contradiction, or is there a rational argument for understanding the policies?
In Canada, the number of people choosing Medical Assisted Dying continues to grow. The person electing to end it all does not need to be suffering continually from pain, but merely have a grievous and irremediable medical condition.
On the other hand, there are no executions of criminals for murder, no matter how horrible the suffering and death inflicted. Rather, these criminals are cared for by the state for the rest of their lives.

Feasting on the tree of the knowledge of good and evil I guess is a fast track as is a poor diet. Too much sugar and alcohol is a parallel track.Similar threads
