Translation: "Oh no, he quoted just a fraction of my many trash-mouth remarks - which is all I have...so here is some more."
Which I will say just this one time to show you how childish you have been all this time. Take it as a warning, or take it up with God.
The fact that you won't post them in context speaks volumes about the fact that you have no case.

Sorry everyone, Bread of Life is on a mission to expose me and needs to review around 9,000 posts of mine. I am sure he will return to insult you as soon as he finishes his fathers work

Happy reading, BoL
I didn't even have to leave this thread to get some examples of anti-Catholic remarks and flat-out lies.
This doesn't include the anti-Catholic lies you've told on other threads. . . .

Post # 1082:
As far as Vatican I is concerned - it is very likely that I would have never joined the Catholic Church before 1965 because I believe the church placed too much power in the hands of the clergy.

"I am a member of the Roman Catholic Church - I joined as an adult, after several years of study. I attend Mass and I am also attending a Quaker Church."

Marymog asked:
Can you name another "denomination" that can trace their history back that far?
Your response: “Coptic, Orthodoxy”

"BoL - is the Roman Catholic Church perfect?"

"Even Adam and Eve were given permission to be wrong"
This is patently false. They were commanded NOT to sin.

You posted the false anti-Catholic lie:
Jews Are Saved Even Without Believing in Christ, Vatican Claims

YOU
posted: “Wait! The Pope didn't say that ex cathedra! Wait! That didn't come from the Pope at all! Wait that statement didn't come from the Vatican either! Wait, wait, wait.....it only came from BoL.......nevermind”
Neither the Pope – NOR the Vatican made the false claim you posted.

YOU
posted the following in defense of all of the anti-Catholic lies that I was exposing:
Unitatis redintegratio

YOU
posted the following lie:
“Umm ok, let me connect the dots for you - the Pope wrote Unitatis redintegratio.”
Unitatis Redintegratio is a Conciliar document – not a Papal encyclical..

And now we will let the community determine if that list disqualifies me as a Catholic and if anything I have written is malicious or a lie.

No - I don't need the "community" to decide anything. Your own words convict you.
I already proved that some of those things are lies.

Now . . .
WHY would you say that the church has placed "too much power" in the hands of the clergy?
WHY are you also attending Quaker services if you believe the Catholic to be the fullness of truth??
WHY
would you say that the Coptic and Orthodox Churches existed before the Catholic Church - without any evidence for this claim??
WHY would you post a misleading link to to an anti-Catholic site where the article says just the opposite of what the link says??

No - there is no "Roman" Church.
There IS the Catholic Church - and there is the Latin or "Roman" RITE.

You're a Protestant, ergo, you are not part of the Catholic Church. You're part of one of the tens of thousands of disjointed and perpetually-splintering sects that ALL teach different doctrines - yet ALL claim to have the "truth".

I taught a 3rd grade catechism class - and they were able to grasp what YOU have failed to . . .

The Roman Church is the one to which you belong. Just like you answer to the Roman Pontiff. I belong to the Catholic Church, as all believers do. And there is no such thing as the Roman Catholic Church, because that is an oxymoron. Moron. A fitting term.

Every born-again believer is part of the Catholic Church.

No, you indoctrinated your 3rd grade pupils. What a bunch they turned out to be.

Sadly I don't think that will make a lick of difference to him, as not even once has he read properly ( he misquotes a lot ) what people write. He has yet to show us that what we are saying is wrong . Sure he spouts a whole bunch of scriptures, but he won't even entertain the idea that the Lord is quite capable of teaching us ( whether through Himself or the Holy Spirit as they are One ), and that we are not saying much different than he is, but he cannot accept that people can get there without his catholic church and /or the Bible. So odd, since the believers at the beginning had no such thing, and the dates attributed to the writings of the new testament are years after Jesus' death and resurrection, so one can't help wondering how they got on with it, if it wasn't through the Holy Spirit ?

Christians forget, we are the sick whom Jesus came to heal and our churches are hospitals.....you can catch a lot of nastiness in hospitals as well as find cures

You response makes absolutely zero sense. So I ask again:

How do you know if the Spirit has not led Pia and I to this day?

Do you know the will of the Spirit? (A simple yes or no will do)

Are you saying the Spirit is not talking to me but is talking to you??
Because I know Jesus and you are not from Him.

And a strangers voice they will not follow.

Well I can attest to the truth that He can and does reach people without the assistance of churches or bibles. I get your quote. makes a lot of sense from our normal way of thinking.

With all due respect, you don't know me.

Well, if you're calling everything 'prayer', why is Jesus speaking to God, not a prayer?
Stranger

Dear Stranger,

I apologize. I should have put a question mark at the end of those sentences.

If I cry to (call out to) you for help, that is a prayer? I am asking, begging, hoping, and have faith that you will help me in my time of need.

If I cry to (call out to) God for help, that is a prayer? I am asking, begging, hoping, and have faith that God will help me in my time of need.

I am not calling everything a prayer. My point was that you are saying if I cry out to God for help, that is a prayer.

If I cry out to you for help, that is not a prayer.

Just like my point in an earlier post:

Marymog says: Thank you for hearing me Stranger (that is NOT a prayer according to you)
Jesus says: Thank you for hearing me Father (that IS a prayer according to you)

YOU are trying to have it both ways so that you can be right.

Ummmm, can you show me where the BIBLE makes this claim??
Chapter and Verse, please.

That would be great if every Christian was a Catholic as God wills - but tragically, this is not the case.
You are a Protestant.

BIG difference.

Nastiness begins with the lies you've all been telling.
Don't blame the the people who point out your sin - blame yourself for sinning . . .

No problem.

I guess all I can say is that if one is speaking to God, that is a prayer. If you disagree there, then I have nothing more to offer. One can do it publicly and be wrong if he is doing it to be seen of men to glorify himself. But there are times when it is called for and one can glorify God and Christ in it.

OMG.........If you are going to keep doing this, could you please show the courtesy to others of ACTUALLY reading what they write.
I told you not to bait me again, then you pretended to understand something and then here you are again back to square one.
I believe you are a troll, and I am going to hit the ignore button now, there seems little point in doing this, and keeps me from having time to 'chat' with those who don't jump down my throat. Believe me I know it's hard to accept what I write ( but if they look at scriptures they will find in one way or another that it all agrees), particularly for the religious, they seem to think God owes them something because they went to church and read their bibles. Good luck to you, but here no more, don't believe in doing things that are pointless. You ask me to answer you about abortion, so are you asking my personal beliefs? Well now, that is really none of your business it it ? I will stand before the Lord, NOT you......I am not claiming to have the secret to rightly dividing the Word, all I am saying is that HE DOES !!!
Hi Pia,

I am not trolling you. I just want to know from you what Jesus has told you. I have never met anyone that has had Jesus visit them in dreams and tell them things.

I apologize for quoting you and asking you to defend your own statements. I guess hitting the ignore button is one way of not having to defend your own personal beliefs that are not based on scripture or anything Jesus said in scripture.

It makes me sad you can't take a stance on something as simple as abortion or killing another human being. Taking a stance on the killing of another human is not based on your "personal beliefs". It is in scripture. You should read it sometime.

I never said that you claimed "to have the secret to rightly dividing the Word". I asked you a very simple question: How do you KNOW when YOU are rightly dividing the word of Truth and no one else is? That question is partially based on YOUR STATEMEMT that the pastor was 100% wrong in what he was teaching. If you KNOW the pastor is 100% wrong then you must have some knowledge that he doesn't. How do you know that Jesus hasn't visited the pastor and told him things also?

BIG difference.

Can you show me in the Bible where the Church at Rome is to be called the Catholic or Roman Catholic Church? No, you can't.

Catholic speaks to the universal Church of Jesus Christ. Of which every believer is part of. They don't have to be part of the Church at Rome to be a part of the Universal or Catholic Church.

I don't believe I have ever denied being a Protestant. But a Protestant, if born-again, is part of the Catholic Church.
