Stumbling block? Telling someone not to willingly sin is a stumbling block to you?
Do I sin? let me answer your question with the facts. If I know something is a sin I do not do it. If I sin by not knowing it then the HS lets me know its a sin and I don't do it any more. This is how the spirit works in man to bring them to perfection and a sinless state. Since none of us are God the Father we cannot avoid sinning in ways we do not yet understand but, that is the purpose for the helper to guide men into righteousness.
Now you also asked "do I know of anyone who does not sin" and this is truly a trick question because there is a difference between knowing your sinning and sinning in ways you don't understand. So my answer to your question is this;
I know people who once they understand how they are sinning will stop doing it and repent of there error and ask for forgiveness and then there are those I know who know they are sinning and commit the same sins every day knowing they are sinning and they still believe God will excuse such behavior and they speak the same words that you speak in saying that no one can stop sinning.
The desire of a being to want to be good like Christ is not a sin nor is it an attempt to trade actions for a ticket to the kingdom to come. God knows the difference between those who try to flatter them with words and those who from the heart desire to change from their sinful state and follow the ways of the role model that God provided for our example. That path is one that we freely choose to follow and actually make an effort to change from the evil of our past (this is what it means to repent) and such people will be given the helper to assist them to attain that goal.
People such as yourself who promote that no one can stop sinning are in fact asserting that it is beyond God's power to assist us in attaining perfection. The message you send in essence is that you know your sinning and have no compulsion to change from that path. Every day you will knowingly sin whether it be adultery in mind or body to hating others or to simply not Put God first in all things and you are committed to this reality being the only thing you can attain to since you will not ask God to help you change from that accepted state of being since for you making any attempt to change or control yourself is believed by you to be trying to follow a dead law.
For those of us that do understand what repentance means we chose to change from an evil state that we were in and turn to God for the helper to guide us on a path to righteousness not because we want to trade any righteousness we may attain to for a ticket to the kingdom but so that we may be ready to live in the kingdom should God grant us the free gift of salvation. This is our hope in Christ.
Now here is my questions to you;
If there is no laws for you to obey then what could you possibly repent of?
And if you assert that you have repented to become a Christian what exactly did you repent of?
Matthew 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? 8
Bear fruit in keeping with repentance.
Isa 29:13 Therefore the Lord said: “Inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths And honor Me with their lips, But have removed their hearts far from Me, And their fear toward Me is taught by the commandment of men
James 2:21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

Repentance Results in an Actual Turning from Sin
Fourth, the fruit of true Biblical repentance is
an actual turning from sin. True repentance is a radical change of mind and heart that leads to a complete turnabout of our life. “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso
confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy” (Pro 28:13). If I really hate sin and sorrow over it, then I shall forsake it. I shall take to heart Isaiah 55:7, which reads,
“Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord; and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.” This is the change of course which God requires. It will show itself in the repenting, believing sinner taking heed to the Word of God which says, “Flee fornication” (1Co 6:18); “Flee from idolatry” (1Co 10:14); “Flee the love of money” (2Ti 6:10-11); “Flee also youthful lusts” (2Ti 2:22). And it will also show itself in putting into practice the positive graces of following after “righteousness, faith, love, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart” (2Ti 2:22). My friend, the question be-fore us is—have you and I, from our hearts, actually turned from sin unto God?
E. Repentance Results in a Desire for Righteousness and Holiness
Fifth,
the fruits of true Biblical repentance will be seen in a desire to put into practice the Scriptures that teach us to walk in righteousness and true holiness (Eph 4:24), and to be careful to maintain good works (Tit 3:8). This, to me, is one of the most distinguishing marks of true Biblical repentance: the desire to walk in a different way—a different course of life than we did before. We read in Hebrews 12:14, “Follow peace with all men,
and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.” So by God’s grace we desire to follow after this peace and holiness because God has given us a new heart. In Matthew 1:21 we read that
Christ came to save His people from their sins, not in their sins. So the heart of the true penitent cries unto God daily to be delivered from sin and self. Again, in Ephesians 1:4 we read, “He hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world,
that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.” So by God’s grace we desire to be holy, delivered from our sin and self-will. And in 1 Thessalonians 4:7 we read,
“For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.” So by God’s grace, we desire to walk worthy of this calling unto holi-ness.
Then in 1 Thessalonians 4:3 we read that the will of God for our lives is for us to be
sanctified- to be set apart for God’s holy use. So we desire by God’s grace to be separated from sin unto Christ. By desiring righteousness, walking in true holiness, and being careful to maintain good works, we manifest the fruits of Biblical repentance in our lives. For we read in Titus 2:11-12:
“The grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world.”
