Hi everybody. Newb here!

I just came across this forum while browsing for midweek bible studies in my area and have spent a couple of days reading lot's of posts. I was raised Catholic, my mom left the RCC when I was 12. I got saved in 1993 and attended an Assembly of God Church for 4 years...then started walking my own way and left the Church. Fast forward 4 years ago, God brought me to my knees. What I did not truly understand how to do back in the 90's was to honestly surrender and trust God for real. So, I will just say for me it was all in the surrendering and holding onto things and people loosely....trust and faith!
I hope to become a regular part of this community.
