Obedience
Haven't seen many thread titles on obedience here. Some Christians toss the word around to one extreem and some to the opposite extreme. But in general, I rarely hear much talk of it. Could that be because these Christians avoid it because, they know that in certain areas of their lives are in dis-obedience to God and they feel condemned? But then, what to do with Romans 8:1-16..."there is now no condemnation in those who..."
Since Gods ways are way higher than ours, His plans always perfect, His love for us--HUGE...you would think we would want to obey moreso than not as it is ALWAYS in our own best interest to do so.
He is a GOOD Father, and has His reasons commanding us to obey him...especially the many warnings given us in His Word.
Why is it not spoken of more so in our Churches? Yes, many water Gods commands down and I don't get it because they are not burdensome and for our own good.
Any thoughts on this peeps?
Gods Love,
