There will be no Rapture if there is no unity in faith. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. But as many people I come across, so many people have different Ideas. So is it only me or is there something wrong with this picture? Where have we gone wrong?

There will be a rapture regardless of there being no unity in the faith because that is not what the rapture is about.

The rapture is about God judging His House first; those abiding in Him will be received as vessels unto honor in His House whereas those found in unrepentant iniquity will be disqualified and excommunicated from eating at the Marriage Supper table, thus becoming castaways as in left behind to be received later on as vessels unto dishonor in His House.

If this is the requirement for fellowship in church... will not God do the same thing for attending the Marriage Supper?

1 Corinthians 5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

The purpose of excommunication from church can also be seen for the excommunication of unrepentant saints left behind.

1 Corinthians 5:4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

So when I read verse 19 below, that is His promise to keep the souls of His saints left behind to suffer the fire on the earth and the coming great tribulation.

1 Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? 19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

So if you wonder why the 144,000 Witnesses are of the newly born again Jews after the rapture, it is because of the falling away from the faith that will signal the times of the Gentiles coming to an end as the dispensation of the gospel will go back to the Jews for the duration of the great tribulation.

Since the falling away of the faith was prophesied to occur, it is unlikely to base the unity of the faith for why the rapture would come. It is quite the opposite. It is because of the falling away from the faith that God is coming to judge His House first at the pre great trib rapture event. That is why Jesus is warning believers so many times in different ways to be ready or else thru out the four gospels and the Book of Revelation.

Some will go astray and climb up another way to follow a stranger's voice like those who seek another baptism with the Holy Ghost to get tongues without interpretation as if for private use, thus following a stranger's voice, but even though not of the fold received, He must bring those other sheep because they still have His seal of adoption as they will hear His voice and be of the one fold and one shepherd.

John 10:1Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. 5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers...........

So even if the believer does not repent when the church excommunicates him, the Bridegroom will excommunicate him and though the 99 are with Him, He will go after that lost sheep, left behind for He will lose nothing of all the Father has given Him.

The prodigal son will not be able to get his first inheritance back from giving it up for wild living, but he will find that he is still son.

But there are vessels unto dishonor in His House that will come about because they were disqualified from attending the Marriage Supper for still being in iniquity when the Bridegroom had come.

So do discern the consequence of this warning to the church at Thyatira to repent or else be cast into the bed of the great tribulation.

Revelation 2:18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass; 19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. 20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. 22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. 24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden. 25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

We find there is so many ideas concerning our spiritual walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. You hardly find two people seeing eye to eye on the majority of what we know as the Word of God. Christianity these days seem more like the confusion of the tower of Babel than the Lighthouse that it suppose to be. How can this be? Is God then the author of confusion? Or have He left us behind in our own wallow?

Why is Christianity in such a bad condition? We are the laughing stock of the world. And I don't blame the outsider for shaking his head at the Christian world. The Christians today are a defeated people. They are no different than the outsider, sometimes worse with the additional label of hypocrite. Where is the holiness? Where is the victory? We are a far cry from when the church started on the day of Pentecost in the upper room. The days of Ananias and Sapphira. I wonder who produces more Atheists, the Christians or the unbelievers?

Yet all claims to be saved. We argue and deny the Word, we think we know better. Let's not even mention the disgraces that we find in our churches right up to the leaders. Adultery, greed, homosexuality. Pastors that cheat with congregants wife's, deacons that are married two, three times. The Church used to be pure and Holy. Now look at her. What will Jesus say if He returns today? Where has the standard gone too. Aren't we disgracing His name instead of Glorifying it?

Because everyone thinks they can read the bible, properly interpret it (with the guidance of the Holy Spirit of course) and their interpretation is superior to everyone else BECAUSE the Holy Spirit guided them to the right answer.

So am I. So was Jesus when referring to the five foolish virgins that got left behind for not being ready when the Bridegroom had come. They were waiting with the five prudent virgins until they heard the Bridegroom was coming and for some reason or another, they went out to the market to get oil for their lamps, and just for being out to the market to get that oil was why they were not ready as they had departed from Him to get that extra oil.

I believe that we should all agree and that there be no divisions amongst us and that we be united in the same mind and the same judgment. I also want us all to be be one just as Jesus and God are One. I believe if we Christians were to do this the world will believe that God sent Jesus to us for our salvation.

If I find beauty and peace in the mountains, and you need to live by the beach, and Helen loves the desert, are we out of Unity? Some spend their lives helping the homeless. Some others go to India, or Russia, or Japan and each preaches to very different classes of people. Are these not all in Unity?

Almost all the Apostles were different. Peter and Paul preached to entirely differently thinking and worshiping people. No disunity there, is there? There are really only two or three things Christians have to see the same way.
