I’m asking for those of you who ‘really pray’ to do so, for me.

I need your prayers. My husband needs your prayers because he is tired of his prayers for me not receiving answers for me.

1)
My heart is stuck in an irregular beat ( atrial fibrillation) … I was diagnosed in 2011 and usually it only stays about 5 or six days then converts back to normal. It is now 15 days and it hasn’t converted back. Please pray for it to convert back to normal.


2)
I have been having strange things happening in my body. I had it once last November and they said it was low sodium. Headache , dizziness, unbalanced, nausea , etc

It happened again…on the 10th 11th …and on and off since.

It is horrible and debilitating.

It “seems” to start in my head just a sudden two seconds of an "on/off” like a switch …then straight way the dull headache starts , the nausea starts , dizziness, any movement of my head bothers me….

I feel like death warmed over.

I did lose it when it happened this last Sunday/Monday ( it lasted for 24 hours, the longest time yet! )

I said to Dave ….." I can’t live like this for another decade …. are kinder to our dogs”


My doctor played the “Sodium imbalance “ card again…but I don’t believe it…I have increased my sodium by 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and 1/4 teaspoon of rock salt per day...on top of whatever natural sodium we get through food.. it was 129 , but that shouldn't cause all these symptoms and reactions….its been lower than that with far less reactions.


We had air quality of 10+ the highest on the chart …because of all thick this smoke from here from forrest fires in BC. The Emerg doctors were saying that it was not Strokes that people were having, but SMOKE syndrome which looked and felt just the same.

So for a while we thought wed got the answer…smoke !! ( I even had to wear a mask in the house one day , it was so thick)

But the last time I had this happen ( last Sunday/Monday) the air quality was down to only #1 , so we guessed it was not the smoke after all.

Which leaves us with… The- WHAT is it?


WHY does my head/brain do that..and what is it doing?
What causes all these symptom that follow.

The doctor is now talking of an inner ear test for vertigo …and maybe an MRI to check for a tumour or stroke. Because she has no idea what is going on or why.
I have booked an eye test which I have in a weeks time...


Being on a computer and especially ‘scrolling' really bothers me, it makes me dizzy, even on a good day….that never used to happen before these ‘episodes’ started !!

So, that obviously limits me screen time on here…I can now only come on here for a few moments then go off again and shut my eyes for a while until I stop feeling sea-sick!

what Rx are you on, and have you experienced any edema in the last six months, foot swelling, ankle swelling, or when you lay on your side does your sinuses do that weird re-balancing of the phlegm thing, where you can only breathe out of the higher nostril?

i've heard that phrase used when "potassium deficiency" is what was really meant; you might verify there;

it was 129

bc you def are not hypona...deficient in sodium

you are taking an anticoagulant, huh. Coumadin or Warfarin or some such. Prolly taking lo-dose aspirin every day too right

No , none of those things.

I am on Warfarin to decrease the risk of stoking from the A-Fibrillation.
I'm on Spirolactone to suppress aldosterone...because I often have aldosterone surges which pike my blood pressure. But I have been on it for 4 years without seemingly any side effects.
I am on a tiny amount of bisoprolol to slow the heart rate. Esp when Fibrillating
And I am on 1/2 a pill of Norvac for blood pressure.

Some of these I have been on for many many years and no changes to any meds.

I used to have very high potassium....( because of the Spirolacton which can cause a raise in potassium...) So I cut out potassium rich foods ....now ended up with problems with sodium...once it was down to 124 and I was at that time falling down once a week and very unsteady...but not with all these other symptoms too. But I can pretty much keep it at 129 ish with adding the bicarb and salt things.
( I have to get it checked every month. )

The smoke was very bad and even normal people were feeling headaches and sick.
But what on earth can be the few seconds of of a wavelike things happening in my head before the symptoms hit? It's a horrible feeling.
Its a little bit like when blood pressure suddenly drops...I am used to that feeling ....but I checked my BP when it happened and it was 133/82 ..which is actually high for a person who is in fibrillation.

Could it possible be my eyes? Is that possible?
Even the half hour I have been on this site I can feel a very slight headache and I want to shut my eyes.

I am totally mystified.

ya, takes a while for the cumulative effects to pile up sometimes. i could direct you to a warfarin class action lawsuit if you like, and/or i would encourage...someone in that position to also sue their doctors, you could get maybe $60k or so filing the suit all by yourself, costs maybe $25 bucks or something, and you won't be going to court so no prep anyway, you'll get offers to settle, and just say no til they hit your number. Sue for 8 figures. Dead doctors don't lie, Helen

ya, go read some Warfarin critique, the stuff is death on a stick Helen, and as we have already discussed ppl who consume omega 3 cannot even take that stuff. Now being as how the doctor can now be claimed to be a fiduciary for your health you will get a settlement for negligence--bc he is criminally negligent--but really it is bc you made a choice wadr, and really the doc was just honoring your choices, right. Same as the pastor i guess. See, the same truth that sets you free ends their employment lol

I tried taking garlic, E, apple cider etc which are high blood thinner...and I know all the blood thinning foods...but trouble is "they" ( the blood lab) say the blood does not get thin enough neither can it be regulated by herbs and vitamins enough.

Maybe I should go back to them and just add in a tiny tiny bit of warfarin.

I thought we needed all the omegas in balance together....

you know the smell we identify as "fish" is actually rancid oil? Go burn some corn or canola or olive oil and see. Canola usually has so many perfumes in it they mask it somewhat though

ok, go get a serum Omega 3 test then, and check your "balance" Helen. And then sue your doctor for not bothering imo.
tbh i would just forgive her and strenuously avoid any future contact, but i am trying to work within the constraints put on the situation here

you should already know what the results will be, but ok. Love to hear any comments that are made when you ask for the test; i've heard some lulus lol. If you can record them, they will be useful in getting a larger settlement, bc i guarantee you your doc is going to twist herself (further) into a knot with her tongue there.

And just so it's clear she may be very kind, and doing her level best too, ok, i don't mean to imply that she is deliberately killing you on purpose, but that she is terminally deceived; "dead doctors don't lie."

Just saw this now, Helen, and I am praying. Our God is able in every situation. Tell Dave not to give up but pray on as well along with the rest of us.
