It was counted to Him as righteousness...NOT And God gifted Him with His own righteousness.
You deny God's righteousness....by lowering it to the level of a man's accomplishments....by denying a person can do something that God calls righteous.
Truly wanky logic. And a huge lie about God.
The twisted logic and statements are your.
'Counted to him as righteousness' speaks not to Abraham's own righteousness. It is a righteousness counted to him. It is God's righteousness as that righteousness is the only righteousness that avails before God.
According to mans righteousness, Abraham and anyone else can do many good things. And will receive the praise of men for it. But as having any affect on God as to even resemble His righteousness, it won't. (Rom. 4:2) "For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness."
So you see, it is you who are mistaken, and in refusing to correct your mistake, are perpetuating the lie.
