My bible reads- “For you ARE dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. “

If your life is indeed dead and hid in Messiah, then your life will manifest righteousness and holiness, for that is His fruit. Any other kind of fruit is from an imposter.

Your doctrine of denying the grace that Jesus flows to His believers to walk the narrow road is false. What's more, Romans 7 is a chapter that is greatly misinterpreted. Paul is describing his conundrum while living under the law when he was a Pharisee. He could not overcome sin through carnality. How did he get the victory? Romans 8 gives the answer.

Romans 8
[1] There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Foolishness. If he is describing his life under the law then why does he have two natures fighting one another, one of the spirit and one of sinful flesh?

But since you say you can no longer sin in the flesh then I know you are not interested in God's grace. You can save yourself.
by your efforts to not sin in the flesh.

It is obvious that you think you can stop sinning in the flesh and that will sve you. It is all about you isn't it?

Rom 8:9-10
9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.
10 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

NKJV

My bible reads- “For you ARE dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. “
The bible is unique in that the words of themselves are far-fetched...as words go. But when the Spirit gets a hold of those words and declares them over us...as a rhema living word.... then the words take on power and we are transformed. So when THAT happens words like YOU ARE DEAD...become real. Like when Jesus said to the dead man..."ARISE".

Now we can read these words and say "Arise" to dead men ourselves...but there is no power there. How many people have failed to turn the logos into a rhema...of themselves???

So we are not qualified to interpret the bible. God interprets the bible over us.....in transforming power. Or else it is vain religion.

It requires His presence or it is just a shell.

Study closely, perhaps, during a long fast. Secondly, Jesus saves us, not ourselves. It's His grace that flows to His sheep to be a vessel of honor. You have probably been fed false doctrine for so long that you're blinded to the truth that sets the sinner free.

You are trying to blame a disciple of Christ for not sinning by abiding in Christ? Victory over sin is an automatic by-product of abiding in Christ. In Him is NO sin.

Your doctrine is simply not of God or anyone who has known the Lord. It rests on the self or lack of effort of self.....but always away from the life giving grace from God.

So you are teaching a false grace.

Study closely, perhaps you have not read them before.

Eph 4:21
21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus:
NKJV

Is Jesus your teacher or is your teaching from men?

1 John 1:7-10
7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
NKJV

You say I am not saved because I do not say I am sinless. But the scriptures above tell about you. You say you don't sin any longer so the scriptures above tell me about you.

Since you have used this forum to elevate yourself over others I do not feel that any further replies will change anything.

I don't think you have been paying any attention at all. You are speaking through a massive indoctrination.

Nobody is guaranteed a salvation before a life is lived out. You are completely refusing the process of salvation demanding a guarantee before you get started. That is the flesh speaking.

The whole point of following Christ is to be as He is in this world.

As He is, so are we in this world.

When a person abides in Christ...where there is no sin....His perfection is what we are living in.

So I counsel you to turn away from your vain religious beliefs and come to Christ.

Is it surprising to find that false believers want to be saved IN their sins instead of away from sin. To know Christ is to know the power over sin.

Everybody has heard that Jesus loves them and died for their sins.
Everybody has not heard, and even those who have do not understand what it means.
Spiritual blindness is very real. so only explaining a small part of the gospel means you are not tell the truth.
Jesus warned that those who mislead people will be judged severely.

Amen. False doctrine is raging nowadays, but the light exposes it. The Scripture of truth speaks:

Galatians 5
[24] And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.[25] If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

You deny the power of God. There is no grace present unless there is the power to overcome as Jesus did. The reverse of what you say is true. You are walking in your own strength. So you are powerless. And you lack faith in God and in what He has given to others.

Don't assume you know very much. It condemns you further.

You're calling Jesus and the Apostles liars. Truth is, according to the sacred Scriptures, whoever sins is of the devil because he is the author of sin.

John 8
[34] Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

Matthew 15
[16] And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?[17] Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?[18] But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.[19] For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:[20] These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

Romans 6
[6] Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him [Jesus], that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.[7] For he that is dead is freed from sin.

I have a particular perspective, I'd like to expand on wiggle room where it says in the OP's Scripture, "Do" these things. Wasn't the Bride of Christ presented without Fault in Revelation a New Israel? Many people draw upon Greece and Ancient history, especially those trying to leave the Catholic Church's bubble, like myself. It is in fact a more intellectual and sophisticate timeperiod! The Byzantine Emperors were sometimes Monosophites, Miasyphites, the Iconoclasts share a name with the Actions of the Protestant Reformation! Down with these Icons, we invest in images, an unusual practice.
Empress Theodora is a Saint in the Orthodox Church! Empress Theodora was a co-ruler with Justinian. She oversaw women's rights in the Church and the new Hagia Sophia, center of Christianity. The trouble was enforcing their decrees in far places like Egypt, Armenia, or Persia, as we see, with the Coptics, Monosyphites, and Nestorians. Empress Theodora was co-Ruler with Justinian. How did she get that way from working in a Brothel?! A poor slave-classed woman working in a brothel whos mother was a dancer. We can see Emperor Justinian Married this woman, he Must be a fan of the Parables, such as, "He that Casts the First Stone", after making this adultress, this prostitute and brothel dancer, the Co-Ruler of the Empire, forgiven, onto himself, he outlawed Adultery in the Empire. We should note then, the pre-divisional example, the world-wide Christian example, that the Byzantines tried to make before the haughtiness of the Popes and divisional politics. John 8

Why not? Can't I do what you are doing?

Your judgement of me doesn't bother me as you seem to think. What you are doing is judging me and everyone that does not believe what you believe

The Scriptures say Jesus overcame the world FOR US. You are saying a person has to do it for themselves.

As for your judgement of me I would like to point out what Paul said. You are not my judge.

Rom 14:4
4 Who are you to judge another's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.

Your problem is that you think your sinful flesh can become non-sinful by what you do and the scriptures do not support that.

The scriptures I gave said that those that say they have no sin are liars and the truth is not in them. Why would I listen to you when the word of God says you are a liar?

Actually it says we can do all things THROUGH Christ who strengthens us.

You have made another religion and a different gospel....an apologetic with no power.
